The chocolates are my favorite personally for the edibles. I usually go to get flower whenever they have a deal. The 50% off deal really helps me get through my recommendations. Admittedly I do miss when their chocolate was only $20 so I'm sad that they've gone up so much. I also really only like the milk or dark chocolate edibles. I feel that the flavored chocolates are a little too strong flavoring taste. The dab tabs were a lot easier to use than traditional dabs. Smaller buds tasted and smells like fish emulsion (fertilizer) and also had a seed. Definitely not quality medicine. Last, I tried their Eleceed capsules which worked amazing and allowed me to relax. Recently, they have modified some of their compounds including strain-specific terpenes, but after purchasing, it still tastes like a GMO D8 cartridge, which is not what I expect from a licensed medical dispensary. They are new to the Florida market, so maybe just some kinks to overcome, but I'll give it some time before returning. Process was easy enough and they let my wife come in with me since she was reluctant about how could marijuana affect my asthma and concentration. The place was too hot and it kind of made me anxious since the mask and the heat was overkill on my asthma. But put up with it and all is well. My wife did most of the questions and the physician was very patient with us and informative. Had to cough up almost 200 bucks for the evaluation, but I believe it is a fixed price per clinic. Then had to pay almost 80 to the Florida Health Department. Recently got my medicinal marijuana card in my e-mail and was able to follow the physician's recommendations and purchase what he thought would work best for me. I'm yet to receive my card in the mail, but I can use the email without issues.

Using Marijuana Doctor has been nothing but a hassle for me this time around. I drove an hour each…read moreway for an appointment that had been incorrectly booked for the wrong day. I was offered a discount for the inconvenience, but only if I paid in full. I already had a monthly membership, and because I chose to use this tool that is offered, I was told there was nothing they could do to help me. When I finally was able to be seen, they double charged me for my renewal ($169 for Reevaluation + $29 for the membership I already had). I was told a refund would be issued for the difference, but it would take 24 hours. When I called to follow up about this additional charge, the rep on the phone told me she had no notes about my account being escalated for a refund-- and she'd escalate it right then, but it would take 7-10 business days. I've effectively paid $200 for something that should've cost me $29/month and driven almost 3 hours for the staff to be unhelpful and unreliable. The only reason I would continue to go is because of Vicky at the Sanford location. Doubtful I will continue to use this chain, especially when there are so many options for MMJ cards that are reliable and have their work in order.

This location is always busy. I've had issues trying to place online orders and then it never goes…read morethrough. So I try not to come here unless my other dispensary is closed. There are a few different dispensaries in the area so I'm not entirely sure if all the patients who come here know that. I've had problems in the past where my edibles have grown mold. They do have a good return policy however after having my edibles go bad a few times it just didn't make sense to keep buying baked goods here. Which is unfortunate because I thoroughly enjoyed having another option besides chocolates. I try not to get anything that is extracted through butane So I do end up having to ask the bud tenders about the extraction process for the different products prior to purchasing. I understand butane is a cheaper method of extraction however I'd rather spend a little bit more money to get something that feels a bit more medicinal than recreational. The people who work here though are really nice and friendly. If you go here as a walk-in be prepared to wait. I consider Trulieve to be more of the Walmart of dispensaries in Florida. Which is why they have so many deals. Just make sure you ask about the products so you know what you're putting into your body. If you're buying edibles be sure to check them thoroughly so you don't end up eating mold.

Once that was complete, I let them know and they made everything so easy. I didn't even have to go back to the office! I had a tele-visit with Garrett and he walked me through the entire process from the comfort of my own home. He answered all my questions and gave me lots of info regarding my rx and the dispensaries near me. Best of all, I was in the system immediately and able to go to the dispensary right away.
