Never had a good experience here. They forget to apply sale discounts unless you remind them and won't refund you if they forget. And I'm talking storewide sales. $100+ dollars overcharged one time and refused to refund 10 seconds later. They also won't let you in if your ID is 1 week expired, but let me in when it was 3 months expired..? The other dispos don't even care if it expired, just this one. Supply is a hit or miss. Typically overpriced. Multiple times I have ordered a product on their website that they did not have. I either had to show up to be told at the register they were out of stock of a certain item. Or figure it out myself because my order never goes past the "confirmation" stage. After going through the process of getting my medical marijuana card, I was able to visit Curaleaf for my first time. There is security in the front to check your IDs. Upon entering the lobby, I noticed how nicely decorated it was. The receptionist was friendly and helpful and helped guide me through the process. She laminated my ID card and gave me a clipboard to sign a form. This process didn't take long at all and I was able to go inside the main area within 8 minutes or so. The main area was beautifully decorated, well lit, and welcoming. I was not expecting to see how comforting the atmosphere was on top of how large the building was altogether. Checkout process was easy and we were greeted by name when going up to the counter. Everyone was friendly and nice but it's definitely not as laidback as going to dispensaries in Massachusetts (which I totally understand because it's a different scenario). This is a low key building with minimal signs. I would never have known this was in Stamford if I didn't get my medical card. If I'd have a complaint, it would be with the online shopping system, as it has sparse descriptions of the products and is a bit confusing. I was 9n the Stamford shop on Nov 25 they had a 25 to 30% discount ..also a discount where you get a curaleaf flower for $20 if you spend $175 or more that can be combined with other discounts.so upon returning on Nov 26 about me not getting a curaleaf product for $20 because my total came up to $380 that they claim automatically comes off at the register...I first was told they didn't what $20 discount I was talking about ..then I explain I got a screenshot of the discount. Then assistant manager Natalie ask me to bring in the screen shot..so I confused of why the assistant manager don't know the discount that went on for black Friday ..so I was on my way to work couldn't turn around..Natalie calls back in 10 minutes and says that deal was for 2 hours only ..no no no it said only on November 25...not for 2 hours only...so I told her that's not I can read you the promo...then Natalie says we'll all your flowers was under $20 so I don't know which one you was expecting to get the promo for because all your curaleaf flower was already under .
