Each day Robert and his team showed up between 7:30/8 am continued to impress us with their professionalism and meticulous nature. Our home looks brand new and we couldn't be more pleased! This is our second time working with them after originally booking them for some interior bedrooms 3 years ago when we moved in. Our neighbors have been calling / texting and complimenting the house already! He was incredibly fair with his pricing and patient with my asks . He told me a price and there were no surprise cost despite him finding rotting wood in multiple places that he went out of his way to patch and repair. It has been hard to find anyone reliable for jobs here in St Pete and It will be hard to find someone we are this impressed with ! He has set the bar high! These guys were real professionals. They came out on-time to review requirements. Provided an estimate very quickly, including pictures and explanations about specific cost and as importantly what was excluded. Their price was not the lowest or the highest; I believe it was fair. The workers did the job (4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, ceiling, walls, baseboards) in one day! They got there early in the a.m. on-time, finished by 5:30pm and provided updates throughout the day. We ran out of paint at one point, which was owner provided, and they went to Home Depot, purchased the paint for us and just included the actual cost with no upcharge as part of a change order. A few days after the work, we noticed a few area that needed minor touch-ups. They immediately offered to come out and make any touch-up necessary to make us happy.
