We went here on a Sunday in late May (which is really getting to the end of crawfish season) for a late lunch when most other places had already closed for the day, we were the only ones there but saw a couple people get to go orders. They had a large covered area with picnic tables with buckets for the empty crawfish shells. We tried the "combo" (which came with 2 lbs crawfish, shrimp,corn, potatoes and sausage) to get a taste of their flavor. We did ask for no sausage in it and they said they would just sub corn or potatoes for it, but then didn't which was disappointing. However, the flavor and spice was perfect for us; lots of garlic! Lots of BIG ones too! We liked It enough that before we left Belton we went back and got 5 lbs of just crawfish to go to eat at home; unfortunately the 5 pounds we brought home were not as spicy and flavorful as the 1st batch we got; but we still really enjoyed it and it was a great value- the price per pound was less than anywhere else I've been in a while. While there was someone in the truck, they called for someone from the house to come out and we had to wait for her arrival. My guess is they expected that we only spoke English and the older lady spoke Spanish. Aside from that, we were happy with everything.
