They did not even bother to inspect the interior or exterior of the house to properly assess the situation. Furthermore, despite my explicit questions, the technician failed to provide any clear explanation of the next steps or how these bait boxes should be managed moving forward. I was left with no instruction or information regarding the follow-up plan. As a paying customer, I find this lack of professionalism and poor communication completely unacceptable. I always asked for the same guy to come because he does excellent, and she assured me this is who would come. Well, someone else called this morning and advised me he was on the way. I told him someone else was supposed to come but I told him to come on I would give him a chance. I don't follow them around everywhere they go but I do check after they leave, you can see where they sprayed because it's still wet. He never sprayed anywhere close to what my other guy does. I called and paid my invoice and told the lady I was not pleased at all and I never wanted anyone else to ever come except who had been coming, that was scheduled to come today. She never apologized or even asked why I wasn't pleased with my service. She did say she would make a note to always send my regular guy from now on, but this is the same lady that told me Tuesday he would be coming today. I have been really satisfied until today, but evidently, they not really concerned whether you pleased with their work or not. That's the feeling I got today.
