They did not even bother to inspect the interior or exterior of the house to properly assess the situation. Furthermore, despite my explicit questions, the technician failed to provide any clear explanation of the next steps or how these bait boxes should be managed moving forward. I was left with no instruction or information regarding the follow-up plan. As a paying customer, I find this lack of professionalism and poor communication completely unacceptable. I expected a thorough service and proper guidance, neither of which was provided.

I hired Orkin for a flea removal at my apartment, and they had told me that it would be one…read moretreatment. I would have to vacuum every day for two weeks, and then they would come for a follow-up treatment, and at that point that she would be dealt with, I did not have that experience. Orkin never called me to schedule the follow up appointment on time so I had called them and then they came for the follow up. We had hoped that the problem had been resolved, but we continued to fleas so I called them and asked what they could do for me, and so they came and did another treatment. At this point I was nearing the Orkin promise Warranty and date so I had asked if they would come back if after their second full treatment it hadn't been fixed and they said they would I had asked for that in writing, and they refused to give me in writing and needless to say I vacuumed every day for 2 1/2 months... you might not realize how much time it takes to vacuum every day. The issue was supposed to have been dealt with in two weeks, but me and my roommates suffered for nearly 3 months. Oregon stopped picking up my calls and would tell me that they would call me back, but never follow up. I would not recommend Orkin to anyone especially because their "Orkin promise" is definitely not a pinky promise.

I never recall making a contract with Orkin but I did sign something on an IPad at the initial service because the technician told me he could not complete my service without this. I was never given a copy of what I signed or given a chance to read it. I consider this highly deceptive!!! Anyway, I called the office to cancel and future services and was told they were coming out on a particular day. I told them not to send anyone again, and then I got an invoice today by email. I do not intend to pay this and am going to file a formal complaint. Good luck with this company if you use them, I will never again!!!!

The representative was very honest and informative and assured us we didn't need treatment unless they got into our indoor space. He even ventured up to our attic bravely--knowing we'd not gotten around to checking on it ourselves.
