This business is currently monopolizing the good citizens of Three Rivers. Apparently the owner thinks it's okay to treat customers rudely and overcharge for basic arrangements of flowers. $100 for a dozen red roses?!! If you complain that you are too busy to customize things such as mums and arrangements, then hire help. Customer satisfaction is always the answer and if you continue to treat customers as you did me, then it won't be long before you lose ALL business. Also, the delivery charges are a bit ridiculous being that the town is probably 3-5 square miles total. Save the hassle and go with big business or go somewhere else - anywhere else. read more
