Did not have any pricing in the floral books either. These people are taking advantage of family's in their times of loss bc they are the only flower shop in town. Our loved ones funeral was a week later but if it was the next day we would of had no other choice but to pay the doubled price, but luckily we were able to look elsewhere and found a great florist in stockdale. How many times have they done this to other families who had no choice but to shop with them. False advertisement, rude people, will not recommend to anyone I know.

Never again will I order from this shop. Its under new owners, since I grew up there. This shop used to be way more talented than this. It looks like it was just thrown together with random flowers. Very disappointing. This is supposed to be a "rose" bouquet. Update: the owner Dustin informed me that he ran out of roses and was trying to get the order out the day of. He didn't bother to call to inform me of this. He said he could've just cancelled my order in a huffy way, but he wanted to just get it out. I told him I would've rather him cancel my order than rush and give something that wasn't what I ordered. He asked me what was the issue, and I let him know I expected more than 4 roses for the cost of $80 dollars total. Than he proceeded to tell me that I only paid $65 and the rest was tax and a delivery fee. Does that not go back into his Business? He asked me what can he do to make things better. He said he couldn't do anything today due to not having the roses. We came to an agreement he would send another bouquet out the next day, so he could have the roses and make what I paid for. The second arrangement is aesthetically pleasing compared to the original. Still only 4 large roses. I paid for similar arrangements in my town, at the least 6 large roses would have been used in a rose bouquet. Why tell be he didn't have enough roses for the original bouquet? He was huffy and rude, not very good customer service. I understand that he creates the arrangements.
