Told I would get my washing machine no later than 5 days and knowing how desperately I needed i, especially for uniforms.I was promised a top of the range machine with full warranty free delivery and installation, I was rung on the day that it was on way to me within the next hour or two so I had to arrange for someone to be there for him. i arrived as it was being installed, stressed and not fully concentrating as his son showed me how to use it before giving me a receipt saying that was the warranty!!!! After realising that the machine although looked new was actually a refurbished machine I rang numerous times and also texted Trev to ask him to call me back. This was on the 5th June 2023 still waiting for a callback from this PERSON TREV!!
