I was under the impression that the police department or court would send us physical mail notifying us of our court date to give us a chance to fight the tickets, but I was wrong. We missed both court dates and received warrants for her arrest - which freaked me out and prompted me to search for "traffic ticket warrants el paso" where Attorney Robert Navar's website was one of the top results. I am quite busy and wasn't in an environment in which I could make a quick phone call, so I used the contact form on the website to get in touch with them and someone from their team got back to me within an hour and answered all of my questions. As soon as I had some free time, I called in and discussed our options with them. We simply gave them the ticket numbers and warrants over the phone, they looked up my fiancé's case, we paid them a VERY reasonable fee and were told that they'd get in touch with us as soon as something happens (all over the phone and over email). On top of that I still had to pay $144 in court fees. This was an outcome I could have gotten myself without having to pay them.
