She called her bf and when I got there he greeted me along with a couple of other guys that were just surviving in this heat. They sprayed the tires and what do ya know it had a screw in it. When contacted the service representative said my insurance company had not approved getting it fixed. So along with ineptitude there seems to be an issue with telling things as they actually are. This took them 6hrs to complete and I did not receive a call until 3pm. They gave me a pricey $1800 dollar estimate for the AC and I found out that was part of a $4000 estimate that they performed on my entire car. Well... fast forward a week and I took my car to another mechanic for a better estimate and he asked me if I had any problems with my car. I asked him "why?" and he informed me that the intake was never reconnected. I do not recommend Mr. Fix It. It's more like Mr. Waste Your Time and Steal Your Money.
