Didn't care about them charging for work that was not completed. Didn't care that they didn't address the issues. Nor does he need customers. I would look elsewhere. The issues with customer service obviously starts at the top. Matt you should be ashamed. BTW I have screenshots of how they treat their customers! Would give a negative review if I could. Tulsa Powersports were booked 2 weeks out, but i set an appointment anyway because they're the only Honda repair place i could find locally. When i showed up 2 weeks later, it was like i had snuck up on them. They didn't know who i was or why i was there, and the salesperson filled out a new ticket for my repair. He said it would take a week or two. About 2 weeks later i got a call that the work was done, and came back to pick up the mower. I was charged nearly $200 for the "repair," but i saw little improvement in the wheels' movement. I asked for a refund which they issued, and they asked if they could attempt to make it right by actually repairing the mower's wheel issue. I agreed and was impressed at their integrity at this point. They said it would be a few more weeks. After about a month, I hadn't heard anything so I called the shop for an update, and the salesperson said the mower was ready, that the mechanic who had "repaired" the mower previously had misdiagnosed the issue, but he assured me it was fixed this time. I showed up today, and was charged the same price as before, nearly $200 (they are asking $450 for their brand new mowers). The salesperson commented that I wouldn't be charged for the labor for both of the "repairs," as if i should be thankful, and he wheeled out the mower. The wheels' movement hasn't improved since the last visit. I asked the salesperson if he would be happy receiving this quality of service for this price and he responded, "yes." It gave me everything i need to know about this operation. Zero integrity. Zero accountability. I would suggest heading elsewhere for any repairs you may need.

Bought a Yamaha…read moreViking in 2021 from Adventure Motorsport now Sunrise.The clutch was slipping on the Yamaha Viking so I took it in for investigation of the problem thinking it was under warranty from Yamaha. I was told that oil had gotten from the transmittion into the Clutch assembly where the Belt drive resides. And that the oil used which was Yamalube oil caused the issue and that Yamaha would not honor the warranty. Not sure if this was the dealship or corporate Yamaha which doesn't matter to me. A vehicle within the first of purchase and not covered under warranty unsat, so I figured people need to understand who they are dealing with. As the repairs have not been made yet, I will return and post the results of that. If this is how they treat their customers I am crossing my fingers.
