He's funny, engaging, and thorough. I am one of those weird people that LOVE getting my teeth cleaned. It's something about the cleaning and scraping that is soothing to me. The hygienists always take their time and seem to be detail oriented. I always feel like they have truly done a great job after each visit. My only complaint is that he is a little heavy handed and that can put more tension on the jaw than I would like.

Meaning surgery wasn't necessary for all 10 teeth they quoted for. Only 1 tooth was surgically extracted. Got my new teeth in. Things were good until I went to get a re-line, bucky has nothing on what I looked like, so I went 2 weeks with NO TEETH!! None they were not even able to fit in my mouth! (trash can for those) 2weeks got my new ones and have not been back. I called after I WAS TOLD THE PAYMENTS OF $400 would stop around June or July. Because what i was quoted should have went down more then $500. ( Thats 9 teeth the were not surgically removed and went with no teeth for almost a month). So I'll be paying until the end of the year. Now what am I supposed to do, I am supposed to be preparing for a kidney transplant and would have liked to visit my family before the surgery. I am so upset! Idk if I would go there again....,,

Due to her bad work ethic I now have a horrible infection on the right side of my mouth. The entire time she had an attitude, wasn't being careful, and being very unsanitary. I am very displeased with the way I was treated during my visit. They need to be shut down.

If Doctor Shane was not available I would be happy to have Ms. Connie take care of me. I feel that I am in safe hands with Dr. Shane.
