Upon entering the office we were pleasantly surprised to see his name displayed on an a-frame sign, welcoming him as a new patient. How thoughtful! I've since returned with my younger two children for cleanings & for follow up visits for my oldest. My entire crew enjoys visiting this practice! Staff has been consistently friendly & helpful. Hygienist and doctors are skilled & knowledgable. They have provided quality care and ongoing clear communication. Paperwork is complete online prior to appointments or in-office with a tablet. The waiting area are child friendly & fun -- complete with arcade style game machines (Pac-Man, Stargate, Galaga, Multicade) and sit-on monster trucks. Gentle music, calm atmosphere, massage chairs, a blanket if you want - all the things. Everyone is so kind and helpful, and the staff and doctors are so attentive. I've had regular cleanings as well as fillings and, most recently, a crown (same day!) at this location. I have zero complaints about any of these interactions. They develop a care plan with you before treatment, so there are no surprises when you're done. My 5-year old daughter also is seen here and she has developed an early enjoyment of going to the dentist, which I know is uncommon. They are so patient and gentle with her and she has no qualms about going for her cleanings. All-in-all, I would recommend this group to anyone seeking dental care.

I am writing this review based on my sister's experience working at this dental office, as well as…read morewhat she shared with me about the workplace. My sister is a Black woman, and the way Black employees were treated raised serious concerns for me. She also described what she felt was unequal treatment among employees. According to her, one white employee was allowed to contribute very little to the workplace without facing the same level of scrutiny or consequences as others. This created concerns about favoritism and unequal standards. I also learned about another Black female employee who reportedly passed out after being exposed to blood. She continued working there afterward but was reportedly fired approximately a year later. This raised additional concerns about how Black employees were treated. It seems to be a pattern with Black individuals in general. Seeing Dr. Gooch wearing a "Gulf of America" T-shirt also made me uncomfortable and contributed to my concerns about the workplace environment. Based on my sister's experience and what she shared with me, I would encourage anyone considering this office to carefully consider their options.

She is very thorough with her cleanings and such a sweetheart. The doctors are very accommodating and understanding of your oral needs. I love this place, I wouldn't choose any other dental office in the city, even if I had to! I always leave with a bright beautiful smile, and a list of what needs taken care of. They are very sensible and knowledgeable of their profession! I always look forward to my routine cleanings. It's so important to keep up with your dental health, at least twice a year, and this is the place to do so. Looking forward to my next visit!
