They allowed us to use their dumpster to get rid of some of our junk. And finally, something being stored on our rafters ( that we were unaware of) fell due to the vibration of all the hammering. It made a small hole in our ceiling. This was totally not their fault at all but they took care of it at no extra charge!!! The hole was fixed beautifully within 3 days (only because layered plastering has to dry)!!

The first and most important part of the process is to ensure that you have complete trust in your builder and their team. Your builder is the person who is going to bring your vision, dream and place of security to life. They need to be a good listener, offer suggestions knowing who their audience is and willing to be flexible while keeping the process moving forward. All of this occurred while working with Mr. Chapman, Steve Dossett and Tony Armstrong. We started our build remotely which adds an extra layer of complexity, however we found that out of the 4 homes we have built throughout our lives this was the easiest. Each team member brought to the table an expertise within their own abilities that assisted us with decision making structurally, design wise and adding some extras as the build move forward. We had some specific asks regarding features that we wanted completed before we closed so that when we moved in we would have all the extras we wanted completed. Chris Chapman and his team were very willing to allow us to have our closets organized, our garage floor coated and our fence put in and completed. I have never known any builder to allow this to go on prior to closing. What a blessing. Tony and Steve received many phone calls from us never hesitating to answer our questions, concerns and solving our issues. We met friendly team members along the way like Adyson and Luke as well as all the other players who assisted in creating our dream home. If you are thinking about building a home or even tossing around the idea of downsizing/upsizing your house then working with the Chapman team is the right choice. I would challenge anyone to find another builder that would come close to our experience. You will not be disappointed working with any of the people associated with this company. Worth it on larger jobs…read more I agree the other review, that this company, and probably others, have an up-front charge to come to your house. It's not economical to do one item but makes sense if you can have a few items to do at a time. I've found Sprinklers Plus to be thorough, reliable and professional. They show up at the right time and do what you ask, but if they find something unplanned they may need to come back on another day. I believe the basic fee is $50 and then an hourly rate after that. I agree with the other recent review. You likely won't get a live person when you call, but need to leave a message. I've always had a return call the next day. I have not had to deal with any email messages. Sprinklers plus has been booked out a few weeks whenever I have called, so you'll need to get on their schedule.

They put in our system and they got paid for that and they'll come out and flush your system out in the fall and turn it on again in the spring but other than that, they are not helpful at all. If you have a problem, it's tough luck. I messaged them two times yesterday. No answer. And this wasn't the first time. They just don't reply. My husband called this morning and they told him they'd send him an email. Instead we got an email from Hydrawise (the company who made the controller) saying our controller was offline. NO KIDDING? We already knew that. I tried to call today 3 times and when I finally got a live person on the phone (because I didn't know my password) she actually hung up on me. Only after this did we get a password reset email from them. Hey Sprinklers Plus, YOU'RE FIRED!

The supervisor takes my requests personal and will have a discussion with me about my concerns whenever I ask. He is thorough when he arrives, and will communicate what is going on while he is here. There was a day he came in, saw my son was napping, and completed his job as quiet as possible to make sure he could continue his nap. The man who works with him is just as good. He is very considerate of our space while he is here and is always extremely polite. Between the two, all of our issues have been addressed within 24 hours of our call. If it does not get fixed, it at least gets looked at and a plan is made. Both of these men deserve a raise, I don't care how much they make.
