They allowed us to use their dumpster to get rid of some of our junk. And finally, something being stored on our rafters ( that we were unaware of) fell due to the vibration of all the hammering. It made a small hole in our ceiling. This was totally not their fault at all but they took care of it at no extra charge!!! The hole was fixed beautifully within 3 days (only because layered plastering has to dry)!!

The first and most important part of the process is to ensure that you have complete trust in your builder and their team. Your builder is the person who is going to bring your vision, dream and place of security to life. They need to be a good listener, offer suggestions knowing who their audience is and willing to be flexible while keeping the process moving forward. All of this occurred while working with Mr. Chapman, Steve Dossett and Tony Armstrong. We started our build remotely which adds an extra layer of complexity, however we found that out of the 4 homes we have built throughout our lives this was the easiest. Each team member brought to the table an expertise within their own abilities that assisted us with decision making structurally, design wise and adding some extras as the build move forward. We had some specific asks regarding features that we wanted completed before we closed so that when we moved in we would have all the extras we wanted completed. Chris Chapman and his team were very willing to allow us to have our closets organized, our garage floor coated and our fence put in and completed. I have never known any builder to allow this to go on prior to closing. What a blessing. Tony and Steve received many phone calls from us never hesitating to answer our questions, concerns and solving our issues. We met friendly team members along the way like Adyson and Luke as well as all the other players who assisted in creating our dream home. If you are thinking about building a home or even tossing around the idea of downsizing/upsizing your house then working with the Chapman team is the right choice. I would challenge anyone to find another builder that would come close to our experience. You will not be disappointed working with any of the people associated with this company. I sent the estimator an email telling him we had chosen another company for the roof job but hasnt received his quote fir the basement. He responded that he was waiting on my decision on the roof and that Head's would pass on even quoting on the basement project. I feel this is unprofessional and vindictive. Their price on the roof was 10% higher than one of the other companies we received a quote from.

My wife and I watched in disbelief at how fast this crew was working and getting the job done. They completely stripped the old roof and installed a new roof in one day and it looked awesome at the end of the day. As they were finishing up, we went over to talk to them and was introduced to the owner of the company, Kelly. Had a very nice conversation about his business and I pointed to my house and asked if he had time to look at it and give us an estimate. I left him my number as we were heading out of town at the moment. A little while later I got a text from him with an estimate. We decided to except the estimate and Kelly had his sales manager Nick connect with us. Nick came over and worked out all the details with us and was very thorough with answering all our questions. We all agreed to proceed and was told that we could expect a crew to show up in two days and if everything went well the entire job could be done in one day. The crew showed up on time and immediately began working tearing off old roof. Truck load of material showed up a soon after and the shingles started being laid. I have never in my life seen a group of young men work like this. They knew exactly what they were doing and how to do it. Yasbin was the crew chief and his crew consisted of Hilcias, Jordan, Gabriel and Bey. These guys never stopped till lunchtime and then started back up and did not stop again till the job was completed and everything was cleaned up. They put in a very long day and did a fantastic job!
