I was very happy with the attention to detail taken on every phase of construction. MC, the owner, was onsite every single day supervising his crew and subcontractors. He finished the project on time and on budget. He is definitely an expert on coastal area construction of elevated houses and made several prudent recommendations to improve the lot lay, drainage, and final product. Communication throughout the entire project was excellent. Quality of construction is clearly superior to most others. I can honestly, without any reservation, give his company and his subcontractors my highest recommendation. We have no idea where any of the money has gone, none of the workers have been paid, our project is not even half finished. We are left without the use of our kitchen and much of our home is in shambles. They are not responsible in monitoring their employees activities and keeping up to date in regards to projects. Also when they say they are going to be there everyday repairing your home, that is a lie. There were days that they never even showed up and gave us no indication of when they would be back. Never hire them for anything. The guy we thought was working for us was taking our money and we have no idea where any of it is. He didn't even pull permits for the project. We are now having to go through so many other systems in order to hold them responsible for the damage that they cost us. C&S led us to believe we were hiring them not hiring a fraud. If you ever need home remodels done avoid this company at all costs, otherwise it will end up costing you.
