On 12/20 I brought my vehicle there for a full detail interior and exterior as a Christmas gift they had it all afternoon into the early evening. When I went to get it they had misplaced the clips for the floor mats and Ron insisted he would get new ones I told him not to worry about it. Immediately after leaving there I noticed an airbag error on my dash for the passenger seat. It wouldn't shut off even after I had driven somewhere so I called Ron and let him know. He was perplexed said it most likely was something got hit on the wires of the seat and he would look into it and call me right back (he never did). The next day I brought my car to the dealership because I did not want to drive around with an air bag error with a baby in the car and they confirmed that the control module was fried in the passenger seat due to the bottom of the seat being saturated with water. $416, and two days later at the dealership it was replaced and the seat was dried out. I kept calling all day and was not able to leave a message or get in touch with Ron. When he finally called me back he assured me he would make things right and asked if I could send him the reciept and if I had Zelle he would send it right over to me. I did both, and I still have not gotten reimbursed now 2 weeks later. My mom stopped by THE WASH and he assured her he would be taking care of me and played it off like he was confused then said he had a flip phone and would have to go to the bank at the end of the day to get the cash to give to me and that he would call me back. That didn't happen either. I ended up stopping by myself a few days later and he "wasn't there" but his mother and brother were who played as though they had no knowledge of the situation. The mother was very adamant that they would not be paying for the damage done to my vehicle and that there is no way to prove they did it, despite her son (the one who did the detail on my car already accepting responsibility and telling me he would pay for it.) I have been going to and sending others to this car wash for over 10 years, supporting them and telling others to support them being a small business and two young kids (when they started) doing a heck of a job. Sad to say this will be my last time and that I'm very disappointed in the lack of integrity and deceitful outcome of this situation.

I told them my situation (horrible chemical damage from pressure washing company), and they got me in quickly to assess the damage and figure out what they could do. I arrived, and was immediately impressed at their beautifull shop and showroom. I was greeted by Jose and Fran, two of the nicest people that I have had the pleasure of meeting in a good while. It was like we were already good friends right off the bat. I didnt get that fake feeling either, these are genuine good people. They quickly assessed the damage and condition of the paint with special equipment, and did a test patch for me to show exactly what he could do. As we were chatting, I soon realized I was dealing with people who have a true passion for what they do. My anxiety over the situation washed away as Jose and Fran assured me they could bring my poor car back to beautifull. Before I knew it, I had piece of mind, and an appointment just a few days later, which was perfect for my schedual. Fast foreward to pickup. I arrive at the shop and am warmly greeted once again. My car was in the middle of the showroom, with a car cover for the big reveal. It was an experience. My jaw dropped as they lifted the cover. My car looked better than when I bought it 10 years ago. I was in awe of how nice it came out. They went over everything they did and made sure I was completely satisfied. Did I mention they gave me a complimentary interior cleaning, and also ceramic coated my windshield as a surprise? To say they went above and beyond is an understatement. They even polished my headlights and my custom exhaust tips! It is also worth noting that they are so stand up, that when they realized they mis quoted me (low) on the price originally, they honored the price, with absolutely no push back. That in itself speaks volumes. Their prices are way more than fair, and im talking about the regular price. They came in 25% cheaper than the other shop I considered. The other shop also was not going to do half the work Jose and Fran did, let alone the extras they so nicely hooked me up with. Before I left, they answered all my questions, and are setting me up with some products they recommend to keep my car looking great. We chatted for a few, and I left feeling like part of the High Contrast family. I already have my next service planned for my wifes car! The inside looks brand new. My Dad's truck was dirty (he retired last year from an industrial job), and he quit smoking last year too so it needed a major reset.
