They allowed a truck that was raised with wider tires to enter the car wash. Their equipment couldn't pass over the hood of that truck, so that truck stopped. However, it kept moving my truck along until it pushed my front bumper into the trailer hitch of that truck. I have repeatedly emailed and called their customer service dept and incident reporting team. I have not heard back once from anyone regarding the status or process to get my truck repaired. They just say that the claim is under review. This is horrible customer service from their corporate office.

I didn't have to buy or commit to anything. I paid for my manual wash by using their app and scanning a code when I was at the carwash. There is a small learning curve involved, but once you do it, it is easy to figure out. Of course they have an auto-wash that you can drive through too by entering a code. They also have a club membership that you pay monthly for. The cost of the monthly (up to 8 trips through the autowash each month, plus free vacum and air for your tires) is cheaper than one trip to a upscale carwash that you have workers expecting a tip on top of the wash. Being a senior on a fixed income, I can't afford those other car-wash places. After my first carwash, I received an unexpected email from the owner thanking me for coming, and he gave me another 5.00 credit on my app! Where you can put in extra effort on your tirer wash a bugs and bird poop washing. Then move onto getting your car washed. Then to drying and vacuuming your car. Which they do provide of course the vacuum but also the towels to dry your car off. Now I have been through a hand full of times without a problem but this last time I went through in my brand new 2025 car the car wash machine ripped off the cover to my driver side mirror. Which after I reported it to them they stopped the machine and retrieved it for me. It was not to damaged just some scrapes but not broken. Just a little heads up before you go in.
