I was selling my 2017 Honda Fit and even though I took great care of it, I wanted it to look brand new in order to get as much as i could for it. Mike did exactly that. He even cleaned the engine and made it look like new! When prospective buyers came to look at the car they were all amazed at how good of condition it was in and sure enough said it looked like it was new, not 6 years old. I came back a few weeks later and had them detail the new (used) Civic I got to replace that one and it also looks brand new. Can't describe into words the experience I had with Unique's Auto Care. The customer service, the personability, the communication and the quality of work was top notch. My 2010 335d was in great mechanical condition but the exterior needed to be brought back to life. I went with a stage 2 paint correction and Opti-Coat Pro+ ceramic coat. Having never heard of ceramic coating for paint, I was a little skeptical about it, but after talking to Mike and doing some research, I don't regret it for a second. Mike made it look better than when it was brand new. I have an M3 and an X5 that'll be getting the same treatment. read more

I would so suggest to get car detailed here. I decided to have my husband run it through the car wash. That did not work. Told him it needed to be detailed to bring out the shine of a new car. Looked the detail place up in Sanford and found this place. For what they did to my car to make it look brand new was so worth the price. Definitely going back for monthly service. I made an appointment with Unique's because I believe in supporting small, local businesses and because of the good reviews I read online. The owner provided me a quote over the phone, which I noticed was different from other detailers who quote "starting at" prices, of $125 for interior detailing of my car and stated he would throw in an exterior wash. After calling other local detailers, I decided to give Unique's a try. I called again and spoke with the owner's wife and scheduled the full interior detail and exterior wash for $125. We scheduled the appointment a few weeks in advance for a Saturday at 10 AM. I called Friday afternoon to confirm the 10 AM appointment to which the owner's wife said it was now pushed back to 10:30 AM. She confirmed the $125 interior detail and wash and said that I was all set. I received a call 10 minutes prior to my appointment from the owner's wife letting me know that they were going to be 20 minutes late. I waited for them to arrive and the owner told me that the price was now STARTING at $150 and stated that he never told me $125. I insisted that that's what he said and asked if that was the case why his wife confirmed the price when we spoke about the price on THREE occasions. He had no answer. I explained that if his wife or he would've clarified this over the phone during one of the multiple conversations I had then I would have been ok with it, but that was not the case. As the owner looked at my car before changing the price on me, he told me he had a big job that he stayed up until 1 AM working on the night before and had not finished that had to get done today. It is clear to me that he is overwhelmed with the workload and decided my job was not as important or would not generate as much revenue as the one he was working on. This business is extremely unprofessional and it is unfortunate that I have to write about the negative experience I've had. I feel very disrespected for being lied to and for them having wasted much of my time. read more
