When she did come from around the back of the store, she abruptly snatched my daughter's dress out of my hand, took my request and gave me my yellow sip for pick up. End of discussion. The big problem came when it was time to grab the prom dress. Now in fairness, I was 8 minutes late to the location, since running around for this special event. However, I did call but when I received no answer, I figured that she was just busy. To my small heart attack, the establishment was closed. I was devasted to say the least! I would've really liked a phone call to say "Hey, I'm leaving soon", or "Are you still picking up the dress", something or anything for that matter. Especially seeing that it was a special event. I honestly, would've appreciated a little customer service moment, that would've made all the difference with being a first time customer. I will say that after I called my friend for help, she got in contact with the owner (I presume) and managed to get her to come back and open the shop so I can get my daughter's prom dress. Thank Goodness for good friends, right?!! I'm not sure if I would return or not but I'm definitely not using the place for urgent needs or special requests. Good customer service is really about those tiny steps to make every customer feel like they're appreciated for choosing your business, and I hope no one else has to go through this experience.

And they still smelled dirty when it was finished. I didnt see my clothes soap up at all. I told the nice girl that works there. She called the owner, and he said it needs more soap and not their fault. I had to run them again and it's expensive at $4.50 per smallest load. I came with a full bottle of soap, and now its empty because i dumped 2.5 big capfuls of soap in each load. One load still isnt soaping up much. My family and I are never coming back here to waste our money. Half the dryers and a few washers are out of order too. Find another place that appreciates your business And my clothes still smell dirty after a whole bottle of laundry soap and 2 washes. Their machines are dirty, stinky, and obviously don't even work And then... the dryers even burnt my dryer sheets! My beenie is burnt. And the dryer doors dont even close all the way, just flop around the whole time. And you can see how dirty they are inside through the mesh.. i cant believe i let my clothes roll around in there. If you have any self respect, go somewhere else that will actually clean your clothes. Worst laundry experience I've ever had in there And since I can't comment back, George no I'm never wasting money in there ever again. Sure the floors are clean. But I don't wash my clothes on the floor. Your machines are dirty and stinky and dont dispense the soap on the clothes. I was visiting from out of state and got a chocolate stain on a cashmere sweater Sunday night. I…read moretook it in Monday afternoon to the Forsyth location hoping they could get the stain out and I could get it back on Tuesday or Wednesday because I was leaving town Thursday morning before dawn. That location is closed on Wednesday but they said if they couldn't get it out and back to that location on Tuesday they would work on it more and I could pick it up Wednesday at this Decatur location. The lady at the counter was very helpful and pleasant. The downtown location people made me really hopeful it would all work out. I was SO happy when I got the call on Tuesday that they were able to get the stain out and I would be able to pick it up at the Forsyth location that afternoon. Not only was the chocolate stain gone but another very small stain that had been there, that my normal dry cleaner couldn't get out, was also gone!! I didn't even ask them about that stain!
