This place continues to deteriorate. I've been a customer for over 10 years. You literally have to watch every movement of your vehicle. I asked for its best car wash. The guys that supposedly vacuum the vehicle, missed the rear trunk area, after lowering the 3rd row, so they had nothing stopping the vacuuming; nope nothing got cleaned. The back seats were not done I had to vacuum at home. The wheels never got dressed either Bottom line the guy that's suppose to supervise the crew apparently missed it all. I've finally decided to go to places that actually clean the vehicle well, I have no problem taking an extra few minutes to vacuum and not pay $40 and find out it's not worth $6 . If you are particular about your car like I am then there is no one else that I would trust. Always extremely professional, friendly and thorough. They make it super easy and convenient with a monthly pass. Unlike many other automated car washes Custom Clean has a team that personally dries your vehicle off and cleans the interior as well as applies a generous coating of tire dressing making my vehicles showroom clean again. ZERO Stars. The ABSOLUTE worst car wash experience in my 53 years of car ownership!!! Car came out of the wash tunnel filthy. Owner refused to re-wash. Tried to sell me detail job. NO WAY! They need to shut down. I try my best to avoid going there to get my car cleaned, but sometimes the pain in my lower back and knees prevents me from cleaning my car myself. So, I go to Custom Clean Car Wash to at least have the outside of the vehicle look better, knowing I will not be satisfied with how the inside will look. I always get the DeLuxe car wash and the inside is always half-vacuumed and my mats are always wet. They never vacuum the area where the foot pedals are and under the seats. I have an SUV and the back area is never vacuumed and the cup holders are never cleaned. Exactly why I stopped leaving tips. Every time I have to go behind them to vacuum the inside of my car. read more

I was skeptical with all the negative reviews so I wanted to give honest and recent feedback. Needed my interior cleaned after having a cat make a mess everywhere. I got the deluxe for $23. I was in and out of there in 10 minutes. They definitely vacuumed my whole car because there was cat litter everywhere before and now there's none. They wiped down the inside of my car and my tires and windows. Only reason I didn't leave 5 stars is bc the cup holder is slightly still dirty (but tbh it's hard to clean the cup holder) and a little bit of pollen is still on my mirrors. Other than that for how fast it was and how dirty my car was they did great! Recommend if you want something quick that you don't feel like doing yourself. read more

There aren't many choices in Beaufort if you want to get your vehicle clean. I tried Custom Car Wash basically for that reason. I have a new truck, so easy enough, yet I left the lot with streaks on all windows and spots on all the chrome. I watched them wipe down my truck with dirty towels, so I had low expectations. I had to ask someone to come back to clean up the windshield, as it still had bug debris. I tipped the girls who vacuumed my truck, paid $17+ for the wash, then tipped the the one person I thought actually tried to wipe it down properly. Lots of people working there, but the end result was poor for the price. read more

Don't waste your money OR time. 30$ for a "detail" that's supposed to include wiping down the inside of the car.. your lucky if they even vacuum it. Worst $25.00 car wash ever. Save your money. This place doesn't care about getting your car clean. They only car about throughput. After the OWNER handed me my keys and said I was all set, I pointed out some huge spots that they had missed and nicely asked him if he could get those too. He reluctantly (because he was in a hurry) started to clean the spots that they missed. After I pointed out more spots on another part of the car, he replied to me and said "we don't normally wipe off dirty spots for customers." Let that sink in for a minute... You're probably making the same look that I did. Needless to say, my car wasn't very clean when they were finished with their best service. I'm not going back. Customer service is, okay. There was one car ahead of mine, so service was fast. I paid for the $17.95 deluxe service. They did not do a very good job vacuuming, considering the amount you pay. Everything else looked okay. This will probably be the last time I have my car washed here. It's not worth the amount you pay. read more

Been here plenty of times.. Pretty quick and they clean my car well most times. They've removed stickers off my car free of charge! Awesome customer service! If there are a lot of cars, then it can take a while, but cant do anything about that. I'd rather them be thorough than get us all in and out. read more

Garbage. I paid for the Superior wash. Advertised that they hit rims, cup holders, the whole 9 yards. I was shocked when I found my seats weren't vacuumed, my dash wasn't wiped, no one touched my cup holders, bugs all over the windshield, and a plethora of other discrepancies. Rims were especially untouched. I complained, and the owner came and finished it while his employees watched, and it STILL wasn't done. I would recommend them to my enemies. read more

I booked in to Custom Clean Car Wash to have a full detail on a Saturday. I showed up at 8.30am only to be told, oh sorry we should have called you but our tracks are broken today so we can't do your car. Although I wasn't impressed that I had not been informed earlier, I thought fair enough I will book in for the following Saturday. So the next Saturday I showed up for the detail and the worker told me I probably don't need a full detail as the car was already relatively clean and they would only charge me for what they did. This was the good part of their service. My husband and I both had our cars cleaned here and both of our interiors were not well cleaned. It was like they didn't even touch the front dash as there was still dust on there! The outside clean was satisfactory however there were water marks over the windows. To sum up, we will not go back here for a full clean, if we did it would just be for the quick exterior wash. read more
