Our automobiles feel much smoother when driving, we feel more comfortable as our glide ride supports us, and keeps us, and everyone around us safe. Our new tires, last much longer, if we exercise the efficiency side of our brains, and get an alignment every 6000 miles. We get to feel good about doing the right thing helping to extend the life of our automobiles especially in our area when the distances may be short, or long depending upon our wants or needs. We don't have to fret about the weather because "we got our shit together!" Yea, one for the good guys. But where to go to get this marvelous feeling? All Pro Tire Pros (The shop that is so professional, they had to list it twice in their name, lol. There has got to be a reason, but why, I have no idea, so ask as you'll have about 45 minutes waiting for you alignment to be done), were they provided you excellent work at a reasonable price. Justin did a great job as I watched him work the phone, calling customers back with a happy and pheasant demeanor letting one know, they can get the part they needed, another, after first calling the mechanic he was going to recommend to them to confirm he wanted the job, that while All Pro Tire Pros could not help them, Justin could recommended a mechanic and a solution, that would handle the problem for them, and finally, sadly another customer that they could not help but recommended the "dreaded" dealer (not mine of course, I'm ok, lol) as their only option. I got to experience GREAT customer service, live and in color! Yea, it's always the little things that mean so much to many of us. You want service? Instead of dealing with a call center in India, or the Philippines where an English speaking name is used to mask their identity so they can tell you "no", over and over again. Yea, it's like that! Then take your ride to All Pro Tire Pros in Bluffton for tires, an alignment, or just about any other mechanical issue your transportation poses because then can feel the satisfaction, and enjoyment of feeling like a valued customer. Now, you just can't get that everywhere! Take a minute, and think about that next communication with that out of country call center representative. He stated that the engine needed injector replacement based on the report. He wrote up an estimate for $1,476 and asked for a $1,202 deposit claiming that was to cover parts. He went on to say that he eats these jobs for breakfast and that he would try to squeeze it in before the Thanksgiving holiday or even come by on Saturday to begin the work. 11 days later having not heard from him we decided to stop in and check on the status of repair, Aleczander greeted us stating he had not begun the job suggesting if we were going to micromanage his work we could get a refund and go elsewhere. I would strongly suggest to anyone thinking of going to this repair (Doctor Auto) shop to consider going to someone more reliable.

I was down in HH for a bit over three weeks and saw that my "change oil" light flipped on the way down and as I had a lot of driving coming up - including driving back to Pennsylvania - I found Station One on the AAA recommendation list and booked an oil change there. They took my car at the appointed time, took care of the oil, and then did a safety check where they found a bubble on my passenger side rear wheel. They pointed out the problem, circled it in chalk, and told me that it was dangerous to drive on, and even gave me a quote for replacing the tire, or two tires. I don't know s*it about cars but I have great mechanics back home who I've trusted for over thirty years and after I got back to where we were staying I sent them a photo of the bubble on which you can actually see the bubble protruding, they absolutely agreed with the mechanics here and told me that under no uncertain terms that I could not drive back with any tire in that condition. They didn't even want me driving on any major highway until it was replaced. Plus, my guy says that the quoted price for replacement was very fair, that I wouldn't be doing better at home. Station One fit me in first thing in the morning allowing the plans for the rest of my day to go on as planned, they took about exactly the amount of time they told me to expect it to take and when they presented the bill it was less than the quotation. I can't thank them enough. We've all been reading about escalating tire prices and availability - they had access to what was needed overnight at a price that was more than reasonable.

Original estimate was $450. Final estimate turned into $3400. It turned out I had a broken rear leaf spring. It took 2 months to get my car back. If you want a garage that rarely answers the phone or does not return phone calls, even before I ever brought my car in, than this would be the place to take your car. Grant it that it took 3 weeks for my part to get in, but they had no reason to work on my car for 5 weeks. I was berated by the owner for calling all the time and told, "it's not going to get the car fixed any quicker by constantly calling us. It turns out they only use cell phones to track your phone calls coming in and just ignore customers that have their cars in the shop. When I took my corvette into the show, they located a transmission oil leak in one of the lines close to the transmission intercooler. But the leak is so slow that it doesn't even drip from the car at all. So I will not worry about it until it actually starts to show some leakage on the garage floor. So I will not waste money on fixing this $800 repair. They also sent me an email to replace the front spring after they already took it apart and never fixed it. And they did not raise the front end enough and neither did they make it level like I asked for it. So they want me to fix things that don't need to be fixed, and they took 2 months to do a half ass job on what I already asked to be fixed. Never again will I take my car to those idiots I did not even respond to their email, they are not worth my time to even do that

I was able to jump start the battery and when the car started, all warning lights were going. Engine repair, brakes, etc. I figured it may be related to the battery which I believe was the original. I could change out the battery myself, but how would I reset the computer? Instead of doing it myself, I took the car to HH Honda who allowed us to come in on short notice. We pulled directly into their service bay where we were greeted and assured the car would be returned in excellent condition. They needed to replace the battery and the computer reset to eliminate the warnings. I felt the cost was very reasonable and the turnaround time was exceptional. Way to go HH Honda!!

After no contact all day I went back to the shop at 515 pm only to find out that nothing was done .. supposedly they read the code on the handheld diagnostic tool around 4pm only to find out what the car displayed on the dash screen I was told that it was a busy day and appointments were no priority..
