Let me share with you my experience,…read more Walter their salesman came out to give me a bid Once he found out that Home Depot had done the estimate already, he just used the amount of boxes which was about 80 for the estimate. He did no measuring or anything else. He was gone in about 10 minutes. (I needed only labor as I was purchasing the material from Home Depot.) Once we agreed on Price to have all the existing solid wood baseboard, removed the new floor put down and the baseboard put back. I agreed to the job. Pricing; I agreed on 50% down and 50% when the job was completed to maintain some control of the final product I'm very glad I did this. Their policy is to get 100% upfront, which I never recommend anyone for any service, ever do. The very next day after agreeing on terms with Walter, I got a call asking for 100% of the money I told this lady that's not what we agreed to and she said well that's what we normally do and I said you better call Walter. I'm gonna cancel the job. She did came back excepted 50% Overall, the subcontractors that came out from a company called Sun sunshine floors did a pretty good job putting in the material But it's the follow up , putting doors back on , getting trim put back on that was a real headache and took me almost 30 days to get done and also a threat of a complaint to get what I considered to be a very reasonable discount about $370 off my bill In the end, I fixed the existing problems myself because it was too much of a headache after they finally agreed to give me the discount Finally, a reminder again if you use this company, do not pay 100% upfront you'll have no control over the job over anything that needs to get fixed and you'll be working on their timetable, while they have all your money ------- Part 2 It's smart that Kelly took down her first knee jerk response to my above comment since is was inaccurate and not well researched. "Telling me I agreed not to leave public comment in agreement for the discount" -that was true if you accepted my generous offer.... the first go round. I'm going to guess that she finally got around to actually reading.... the 2nd email with my threat to file a complaint with yelp. Poof.....gone and replaced with boiler plate sorry we messed up and we should have done better. " Kelly, I wish you would have taken seriously my first initial complaint to your company and really taken the time to call me and find out what happened, Sincerely apologize, accept my generous offer and maybe even go a bit farther to make me happy and satisfied, If you had done so, we wouldn't be having this stupid engagement in the first place. Even after all that, I do hope you have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New year.

I worked with Miracle Method of Pueblo and had my countertops resurfaced in June. The technician…read moreand the work was done professionally and looks beautiful. However, I recently contacted this company to come back to fix a very minor issue. When I called the number, I was rerouted to a Colorado Springs Miracle Method which told me that Miracle Method of Pueblo just closed their doors (which was not completely true). They told me they would NOT cover my repair as a warranty, and that I would have to pay to have this fixed. I contacted Miracle Method Corporate Headquarters for assistance, and their response was, "you should have read your contract" your warranty is null and void. Fortunately, I was able to reach the new company in Pueblo; who happens to now be the technician that did my original work. They are taking care of me and standing behind their workmanship and original promise. They are no longer associated with Miracle Method. So buyer beware, make sure that the Miracle Method franchise you work with will remain in business for the term of your warranty, or your warranty will be null and void. Miracle Method will not standby their customers. Rereading this area of the Miracle Method contract, and in the context of what Corporate said, this language is very misleading. So, Pueblo area folks, contact the new company should you need assistance. They are in the same location in Pueblo West. They will give it and stand behind their words.

It was just what the Doctor Order! I was looking for a REFRESH of my 20 year old hardwood floors. After getting a high price refinish hardwood floor specialist quote, I decided to do a little bit more digging and stumbled across Mr. Sandless Colorado Springs. After going through their website and watching a couple of YouTube videos, I decided this was exactly what I was looking for and decided to gave them a shot. I talked to Brittany over the phone who explained the process, setup an appointment and took a deposit. A week before the appointment, she called to confirm the date and time as well as answer a couple of questions I had after our initial conversation. Chase came out to do the work. He arrived on time. He is extremely clean, professional and organized. "Attention to Detail" was the "Word of the Day"! I was very impressed with his Work Habits, Craftsmanship and Training. Although this was a small job, Chase was In and Out within 3 1/2 hours. Chase definitely went above and beyond my Expectations and did an Excellent Job!! The final step was going through the Care Instruction / Floor Care Product included with the Service, Warranty and Final Payment. If you are looking for a hardwood floor surface refresh, Mr. Sandless Colorado Spring maybe the Hardwood Floor Specialist solution for you at a very reasonable price!

Yes the floors looked beautiful right after they had finished the refinish but if you asked us a week afterward normal use then I'm sure the answer would have been different. We just didn't expect a finish that wasn't durable. If this saves someone else from making the same mistake then my review has served it's purpose.Pictures added

Now they are chipped again. I have tried repeatedly to get a hold of them and no one returns my calls. The chipping is not consistent on doors that are used all the time. Some are chipped and some are not. The price they charged was in line with other bids. I wish I'd gone with another company because now they don't return calls and I am dealing with the issues. The employees I dealt with are all gone. I would say even if you have to pay a bit more to choose another company.

I typically don't write reviews unless something is truly exceptional--good or bad. Unfortunately,…read morethis experience with Cabinet Craft was a disaster from start to finish. I'm writing this not out of spite, but as a warning to anyone considering hiring them. The entire experience was a consecutive series of lies. They promised a two-week timeline and what followed was five months of frustration, missed deadlines, and absolutely unacceptable work habits. For the first three months, they showed up once a week, maybe. It wasn't until Brandon started where we got consistent work. Every single promised date came and went. It became clear they were either overbooked, disorganized, or simply didn't care about honoring commitments. When pressed for answers or timelines, we got excuses from Michael (the owner of the company) if we even heard anything from him. And the quality? Subpar and sloppy. Basic cabinet-making standards were ignored: The toe kicks on the lower cabinets are too short which is a fundamental element for comfort and design. Meaning we can't get a mop or vacuum underneath to clean. No proper structural supports in the cabinets, raising serious concerns about long-term durability and safety. Missing part of our order. We are still waiting on shelves on our lower cabinets, but since they've been paid, crickets. The final outcome was not what we had discussed or was presented in the renderings. Design choices were made without our knowing or consent. It looked like amateur hour in a high school woodshop class. We had to bring in a second professional to inspect and correct some of their mistakes. That shouldn't happen when you're paying good money for a "professional" job. The worst part? Zero accountability. Not once did they own up to the delays or the shortcuts. Not once did they offer to make it right unless we specifically called it out, and even then it was done begrudgingly or not at all. No sense of pride in their work, no urgency, and no customer service to speak of. Do yourself a favor and keep looking. Don't be swayed by charm, a good quote, or promises of "quick turnaround." That's all smoke. What you'll actually get is wasted time, missed deadlines, and the headache of watching your project drag on endlessly while you chase someone who doesn't respect your time or your home. I wouldn't recommend this cabinet maker to anyone--friends, family, or strangers. Find someone who shows up, communicates clearly, and actually takes pride in their craft; none of which describe Cabinet Craft.

Leticia handles the setting up of the project, payment, etc. I found her to always be gracious responsible and responsive. Thank you Leticia! Project was going off without a hitch when in the last room, one of their machines had a problem. This was unforeseeable and could happen to anyone of us. This malfunction caused a slight unevenness in the sanding of the floor. Cristiano, the owner, came to look at it and without hesitation, owned up to this and stated that this would be immediately fixed, which it was. The entire floor was re-sanded, sealed and 3 coats of poly were then applied. The job looks great and I award these guys five stars for the outcome of the project, their professionalism for matching the color of new floor to the preexisting floor and huge kudos for their integrity and honesty. They stood by their work and made sure all was handled efficiently and professionally. Thank you Cristiano!
