I paid for the consult ($40) beforehand to have them come out for measurements and get eyes on what we'd be working with. Then Grace sent me dresser options from marketplace and since I can't lift more than 10lbs due to car wreck injuries, I paid a small nominal fee for them to pick up the $20 dresser and bring it with them including upstairs!! I was able to find great storage finds on Amazon and verified the measurements before our appointment. At our appointment, Sherry put together the items I found (woohoo!) and we got to work. I have ADD so I struggle to make the decisions or visualize the end product when it comes to organization. Sherry gave me many options and helped me through the process! I highly recommend them!

It helped to be able to visualize what they could do because we had no idea. It also saved time because we were able to discuss the design with them when they showed up to take their own measurements and refine the design. Plus, if there was a huge gap between where we were and their price, we could save ourselves from having to make an appointment but that wasn't the case. The price was very reasonable. The lady I spoke with never gave me her name, and pretty much told me I had to measure all the closets and send her pictures. No other contractors I work with expect me to get on ladders and send them measurements. Then that lady sent me nasty texts and Fb messages.
