This dude took my order and ghosted me. Poor communication and lies through his teeth. I bought a vfx 2.2 from him Wich is the narliest crawler you can buy and he made excuses why he couldn't order it in a timely manner. Then claimed he would refund me to make it right. Still haven't seen the refund and I bought it from integy direct, they shipped it and I got it in four days. This guy doenst check orders, emails, or communicate with customers and ignores messages. His website is for fun and isn't a legit professionally bran business. I even made a claim with PayPal and he still hasn't responded to them. What a fucking douche bag running a business into the ground. I made several emails and attempts daily to talk to him, as well he doesn't answer his phones and screens customer calls.
Hey Jeff, a two minute apology and conversation over a week ago would have resulted in you getting a five star review for professionally handling a business situation. That two minutes you refuse to spend making a call and following through with your word and doing a refund has nobody else to blame but your own actions, conduct, and yourself and lack of appropriate decision making.
