They set up a date of January 12-14, 2026 to do the repair of reinforcing the land around the outside of our extended room. They tore up concrete on both sides, one had a step, the other was a large patio. The team they sent to do the work was from Indianapolis, and we live in Ft. Wayne, few hours away. They said they couldn't do the concrete due to the cold and that they will do it when it warms up. It is now .july, we have contacted Ground Works many times and they never callback. We spent $26,000 on this and they won't finish the job, not even a simple call back to get us on the schedule. Now we have small sink holes around the house and we have to use our hot tub steps to get to the back yard because the step is missing. WTF. Why would you schedule that kind of service to be done in January in Indiana if you can't finish the job??? Do Not sign anything until they finish the job.
