She made me give her all the technical details of what my issue was. Then she sarcastically said she was not a technician. I explained to her that I had a contract for emergency after hours issues and that the front office said I was assured a technician would at least call and determine if I need service right away or could it wait. This is not the first time I have been mistreated by after hours personnel, but it will be the last.
