I wanted all over blonde. The lady doing my hair clearly didn't know what she was doing and turned my hair BRIGHT canary yellow/orange. Because she concentrated the dye at my roots, my hair was like a reverse ombre from hell. It was absolutely hideous and the manager (who was there) just stared at me and made no effort to apologize or make it right. It wasn't until I started crying that they told me that they wouldn't charge me- probably just to get me and my wrecked hair out of there as other customers were staring at that point. BEWARE!! Do not go to this salon. I will tell my story. I went in to take advantage of the $69.99 color special. I walked out with a $107.00 bill. My hair was tinged green!!! The stylist, Amber, was one of the most crude people I have ever met. She dropped the "f bomb" frequently while I sat in her chair. When I told her my color was not at all to my liking, she told me that it would have to be fixed the next time I came in and I would still have to pay again!!! In tears, I went to the Monticello salon where Sonia, a wonderful woman, fixed my hair. I tried to call the owner of this business, and she shunted me off to Robin who is the manager at the Buffalo salon. Robin REFUSED to honor the $69.99 special and told me she would absolutely not issue me a credit. IF YOU VALUE YOUR HAIR, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! The Buffalo Salon has some of the rudest people I have ever met. I am new to town, and I was treated like I didn't matter at all. If I could give 0 stars for this business, I would. Brenda offered me a gift certificate and a sincere apology for the negative events of the other day. Now this is a woman who is business savvy and knows how to treat a customer!
