I reached out to GunBroker when this person had not reached out to me but had decided that they were going to charge me the shipping fee plus a restocking fee on an item that I had never actually physically seen. When I bought the auction to begin with they had not communicated with me at all until they sent me some flippant message that they had canceled the order. That was confusion on my part because I touched the auto pay feature for Visa Mastercard but apparently you still need to call them and give them your credit card over the phone. This is also shady considering I don't know who's writing down my number I don't know how many people have my number. I now have to spend 2 hours on the phone with my bank and file a fraudulent purchase report because this person has not corresponded with me in over two weeks. When they did correspond with me the only thing they stated was that GunBroker had gotten a hold of them. Why should I have to come off of any money when it was a failure of the post office and the shipper to properly communicate to the purchaser what all was going on. they have essentially stolen money from me they have done nothing to earn the money they have taken from me and again I have yet to ever see a package a product not a hair nor a holler. Thieves. We support enough thieves when we pay our taxes I wouldn't go supporting thieves voluntarily.

They keep their prices very competitive, he doesn't price gouge nor charge different pricing for credit card vs cash unlike majority of other dealers. There is also no sales tax, MA friendly and he keeps to the law and keeps updated even with MA law though being a NH FFL now. I've done business with him and would do so again in a heartbeat. His website you can checkout inventory, call the shop and even submit an application for a cash quote on any firearms you may want to move but don't care to do it on your own-- you can sell to them if you agree to the price. They also have relationships with shops in MA, so obviously for handguns MA residents will have to take possession at an FFL in MA. The real reason to get excited about TCS is the owner Mike, who seems to be the only employee. He will go above and beyond to help you acquire what you are looking for, and is especially knowledgeable about MA's confusing gun laws and helping MA residents navigate them (the shop used to be located in MA, and he still lives there). For example, if you want XXX, but with modifications to make it legal in MA, he's your man. I trust his opinion as far as I trust anyone's about interpreting the laws. Well worth a 30 min drive from Burlington MA on a Saturday morning, particularly if you've chatted with him about your needs by email first. I usually get there when he opens, so have never had to deal with multiple customers in the shop at the same time. I try to give my business to local shops even when prices are a bit higher. My frustration came from "ordering" specific items that I was told were in stock and would be available next on Tuesday (4days). The price was retail but worth it for the convenience. I returned to the store 14 days later figuring that the order had plenty of time to arrive. That is when I learned that the order was never placed. This left me 7 days to find online and get shipped. No reason why, just a "good luck" as I left the shop. I found what I needed on-line with free shipping for 20% less AND it arrived early in time for Christmas. I know that the folks at Undercover are trying, but they need to get organized if they want to build a loyal customer base.

Until after my husband started walking away from the intake kiosk we were suddenly told "we're not taking any more shooters tonight because we'll be closing down the range in about 20 mins." If it says it's open til 8, then stay open til 8. If not- SPECIFY THAT ITS 730. You don't understand how important little breaks of freedom are to new parents. I was told yes. Then was told to call back an hour before coming up so they could reserve a lane for me. I did. Got there, and was told I needed to have a friend with me. I was not aware of this and he told me that he "always says that on the phone". I chose not to argue, but I know for a fact I was not told that over the phone. I would have questioned as to why I needed someone with me because I thought it was odd. If someone is that determined, they could go to an LTC class and just do it anyways so that policy just seems redundant. Idk that's just my opinion, but I did not appreciate driving up here expecting to shoot on a Saturday night then having to go home.
