John was on site and he, his head foreman and workers were very detail oriented from installing the cabinets and islands, to the crown molding and painting. Wow.. What a horrible experience. The owner went over what I am looking to do in my home and he…read moretook notes. He then tells me he will get back to me by end of day. No word from him. I stop in 3 days later, he then says "oh yeah, this is what you want," pointing to the notes he took 3 days prior. He then says ill make a call and get back to you in a few hours. No response at all. I stop in 2 days later and he tells me hes waiting to hear back. I will definitely call you in 2 hours or so. Over the course of the next week i stop there 3 times, but the store is closed without explanation. I finally stop in when they are open and the owner tells me he is with "important clients" and he will call me in a few hours. No call. When I stopped into his store today; he verbally attacked me because I let him know about the 4x prior he said he would call within hours, but i never heard from him over the course of several weeks. "Ive been doing this for 35 years, i don't owe you a thing," is what he shouted at me. I felt threatened and realized that this guy is not only unprofessional, but unreliable, unpredictable and by far the worst salesman i have ever attempted to work with in my life. And yes, i did go in there today, on the day he verbally attacked me to discuss a possible purchase. I am happy he showed what horrible owner he was so that I did not give him my business. Trust me, you are better elsewhere for all kitchen and remodeling needs.

After hurricane Sandy destroyed our first floor we hired Cabitron to come in do the demolition and take care of the renovation. The golden color in the wood worked beautifully with my tile, and it was in stock and $1000 cheaper than what I was going to order. So I decided this would look better and I can paint the room with a green tone instead. They also had a nice selection of door handles to finish the look I wanted.
