I have called and I have called and I have called and I have called...I've spoken to one of the Joes, Dawn and another woman (I can't recall her name who answered the phone) about someone coming to fix the backsplash on my vanity countertop. They installed the top then just laid down two strips for the backsplash I'm assuming but not only were they not mounted, they're too long and don't fit!! It's ridiculous!! Just two unmeasured (& unmatching) slabs left there like junk! Also If I've told them once, I've told them a thousand times that I'm no longer working with the contractor who initially set them up for my quartz installation (also in kitchen) but they never mark it down and continually call him and message him then he, in turn, has to call me! One of their contractors, Bart, came in and saw some other work I was desperately in need of and promised me what an amazing job he could do for me and that was basically the last i heard from him even though I texted him asking when he could start. That was a month ago! This place is a joke! read more

I have nothing but great things to say about Bedrock Granite. Joe and his team were really great to work with. We went there to pick out a slab of quartz for our kitchen island (they had a great selection to choose from). They asked all the right questions and wanted to ensure that the slab would fit correctly. They were thoughtful and very attentive to our needs and we are so happy with the decision we made. Had we went with one of the big giants we would not have received this attention and I am sure the experience would have been quite different. Also, their pricing was very reasonable and they worked with us on what made sense for our kitchen. I would definitely use them again without question. read more

Before calling Bedrock Granite we had contacted a contractor and his associated store, which is in the same town as Bedrock Granite, for both counter-tops and kitchen tiling and backsplash. We had a very poor experience with that store and contractor. (Was tempted to leave bad review but do not like to hurt local small businesses.) In fact when we simply asked the contractor for separate estimates for each the countertops and tiling as two separate projects he never even had the courtesy to respond. This was after we expended the time selecting a slab from their stone supplier; about a 50 minute trip each way. I assumed he/they realized the obvious, that we were now able and intending to compare each project to other places. Anyhow we soon thereafter contacted Bedrock Granite and received in contrast excellent service. Everything was explained clearly. We received a written estimate very quickly. Work, materials and end result excellent. Very nice people and patiently answered all my questions throughout the process. Their stone supplier PMI was also excellent and local (in same county about 15 minute drive). So for truly royal service recommend Bedrock Granite. As for the next project, the kitchen flooring and backsplash, we will explore the store for tiling recommend by Bedrock Granite as well. Thanks Bedrock Granite. Do your homework if you use Bedrock Granite. I used Home Depot years ago for a Silestone install and did not have any problems. Do your HW. The team arrived on install day and said the edge of the counter was not right. They left with the stone and said they would try to see if they could find/fix/address situation. I waited over a month for the stone so was unsure how they would find/fix stone. After an hour I called the store. I didn't receive a response and the install team came back without any communication with a stone. Several times I told them I would rather wait then get a rush install since they mentioned they had a big job after mine. I was assured they would do the job right. My contractor reminded them to protect my brand new wood floors. After the install was done we noticed two 3" gouges in my floor. There were also several inclusions in the stone, one was red. I called the store and the following morning I still had not heard back. I called again and was told that someone would call me in two days to discuss. Next I stopped payment on the check and promptly received a call saying they would send someone to my house that day. I was disappointed they were not addressing the damage they made to my floor or my issues with the inclusion until I stopped payment. Throughout the process of addressing my issues the team was not communicative. Dawn and the forman were helpful but I was overall very disappointed in their lack of service for an expensive counter. Also, i was given several different opinions about the multiple inclusions which they ended up fixing. Know the product and what to expect if you use this company. read more

I would highly recommend Bedrock Granite. Being a perfectionist, I had my kitchen done in Granite/Quartz. The staff who I dealt with (Allison, Lisa) and especially Shannon who took the time out to help me decide on my granite. They are very professional and really know what they are talking about. Review of Bedrock Granite These guys were the best in the area by far and we visited and got quotes from 5 others. We had a very large area of quartz countertops that included a breakfast bar. They had a fair price and their people were great to work with from Joe in sales to Kat in the back room design template area as well as the installers who did an outstanding job concealing the seams. We were very happy with the way Kat merged three pieces of stone together while still maintaining the flow of the veins across the countertops through the breakfast bar. We had a miscommunication with the guy who came out to do the template about how the countertop would merge with the doorway. When I told the installer that is not how it was supposed to look he said right away they would make it right. Even though I had paid them in full, they fabricated a piece of quartz at their location and had their installer put it into my countertop at the doorway two days later and no seam is visible and it looks perfect. Allison did a great job of managing the process collaborating with her employees behind the scenes to ensure we were happy with the final installation. They have a great team and they do very high quality countertop installations. But most importantly, they stand behind their work and make things right if there is a problem. read more

She was exceptional. She knew the product, the inventory and delivered on every single detail from template to installation. I couldn't ask for anything more. From the gentleman who templates the kitchen, the office staff and the installers, they were very service-oriented and professional. The pricing was very fair and the granite installation was picture perfect. I could not be more pleased! It made this newly purchased townhouse kitchen look like a model. We built our entire house using Bedrock in all baths, Kitchen and Nook area's. Everything went well until they made an error in one small bathroom. Instead of addressing it or fixing it, they just played ostrich. They never returned a call after the fact. To be honest it was a simple fix that if they just called while the worker was there they could have corrected on the spot. Instead the worker decided on his own how to fix and caused more issues. They never even consulted the GC. read more
