Our countertops were installed and I have a huge deep scratch along the back side of the island. I have complained several times. Legacy sent out a repair guy to add a filler which he missed part of the scratch. Repairman stated there was no way we scratched the stone. He stated it should go back to the shop for repairs. Marty the owner won't fix the scratches as he thinks I scratched the surface. Mind you he has only seen this video. Beware! I'm stuck with a huge scratched island!!! Waste of money! After shopping all over Panama…read moreCity for our new counters, we selected Counter Revolution for the great customer service at their display office on Sherman Ave. Jeremy stepped us through the different options of Quartz, and even showed us comparisons to real Marble. This sold us. Jessica then aided us with setting up the template date, installation, and payment. Jeremy came out himself to do the template (I asked him about the other bad reviews on Yelp). Their installers called ahead, were on time, and came with extra help to haul the nearly 4' x 8' island and all of our new countertops into our home, and they did not even bump the door. Everything was cut correctly, fit correctly, and it was all done in two hours. I messed up with the payment and bounced a check, and they were even patient with us as we got it all cleared up. I was literally in Lowes a hundred times, aching over the pitiful quartz color choices and high costs, and when a sale would be on, and what discounts I might get. Their samples were so tiny we could barely tell what it would look like, unlike the big 3"x9" pieces at Counter Revolution. When we went to Lowes ready to order, the "specialist" was a jerk, and he right away ruled out the sales and discounts we had been banking on. Their overall cost was more than Counter Revolution, and their installation would have been way more of a hassle, since they subcontract installation to the lowest bidders. I am so glad we chose Counter Revolution. They are a small business, so they rely on word of mouth business, and customer service. I found out about them through a co-worker who also highly recommended them, and are both LOCAL to P.C. The other horrible reviews are from out-of-towners, who I honestly think had no patience and were too demanding. Time from Order to Install was about 4 weeks. Their installers took pride in their work. I cannot say enough good things about them. Don't even read the other reviews.

Today is Wednesday. The time is past 1:00 PM. I paid this firm for a custom granite counter top…read moreinstall over two weeks ago. Installation was to have been Monday -- two days ago. Nothing on Monday. I called (of course) and was told that I was scheduled for "first thing" Wednesday morning. When no one showed up by 10 AM I called again. I was told that the installation crew was "loading and on its way." No one came. No one called back. No update. At Noon I called again and got an answering machine. No call back. Just called again. No apology. No credible explanation. Even if they do show up and do a competent job, I would never do business with them again. I understand unexpected problems and delays, but will not tolerate being lied to. Update. They eventually showed up, hours (and days) late for no articulable reason. The installation was competent. The owner was aggressive and not apologetic on the telephone. I would never do business with this firm again.

We got a quote from Lowes and the price was higher for a lesser grade product. We used our leftover piece and stuck it on an outside table. It would have been over a $1000 for them to polish and finish it. I sanded down all the edges with my mouse in 20 minutes and it looks terrific. If you want warm and fuzzy then you wont find it here. Service was very transactional, I could have been buying peanuts. Installation guys were a little sour upon arrival but they did the job well. No follow up call afterwards to see if we were happy.

Cabinets for one bath and countertops, sinks, etc. for two baths ordered in October for install in beach condo in December. The quality for the cabinet is very good, but although the salesman came to the condo to "measure," he apparently did not realize that the existing cabinets were 18" rather than the standard 21" cabinets which they ordered. I have less than 1/4" clearance between the door opening and the cabinet top! In addition, the cabinet trim had to be addressed by my contractor making the best of a bad situation. Mistakes happen, but most companies at least try to appease or calm down an unhappy customer. That did not happen, and in fact, I was told that I was "making too much of this" and was further told that 18" cabinets would have cost 25% more, and taken longer to come in. That info is a "need to know" and MY CHOICE as the cabinet did not need to be replaced -- I simply wanted the different configuration. I was able to cancel the second part of my order for the countertops, sinks, etc., and they did refund the existing overpayment promptly. And yes, I was able to find another vendor who installed the new countertops within a week to complete my project prior to my long-term tenants' arrival on December 27.

They had beautiful selection But then my Cabinets burned up in shop fire and I was unable to get my counters measured for almost a year! They were very understanding and held on to my slabs . Once counters were installed there was a misunderstanding in my laundry room But they immediately fixed all the issues ! Bert ( ) did an outstanding job measuring tops, they have incredible equipment. I am a decorator and have worked with many Countertops suppliers. Emerald Coast is the Best ! I highly recommend!!

Purchased quartz countertops for our new home. Sales office was good but after the installation we…read morebegan to have problems. One year after the installation we noticed small chips and staining in the quartz. Sales told us that there was no need to seal the quartz and all information stated the same. We called to discuss our problems and they sent someone who told us we needed to wax the you with auto polish and the chips were normal wear and tear. Stains require scrubbing with abrasive cleanser. They stated that the chips were not repairable because of their small size. We tried the wax but the stains keep on appearing. We had quartz in our previous house and NEVER HAD A STAIN OR CHIP. WE RECIEVED NO STATISFACTION. WE ARE SICK SINCE WE PAID BIG BUCKS FOR THE COUNTERTOPS. I WILL NEVER USE EMERALD COAST AGAIN. I think they installed a inferior quartz.
