Looking through other reviews, I've noticed a pattern where negative feedback is either ignored or met with responses that place blame on the customer rather than taking accountability. Had an appointment set and when I got there, I had to wait over a half an hour for her to get to me. FINALLY got in the chair and pretty much the whole time I was there she completely ignored me. Spent the entire appointment talking to the people standing around the chair next to hers, even though they were all ignoring her. So rude. While I was waiting for my hair to process, she turned her back to me and started styling her own hair. The rest of the time her and the stylist next to her were bantering back and forth like petty teenagers. Not a pleasant atmosphere at all. When my hair was done, it was ok, but nowhere near what I had asked for and she left color all over my forehead. Then when I go to checkout, she tells me the total and asks me how much I wanted to tip because it's included in the cost. Yeah......I don't think so.
