( in fine print they give themselves a clause that allows for much higher cost if the job isn't done in 8 hours). Regardless there was so little cleaning done by 2 workers, at the end of the first day . Their method of cleaning was senseless. Needed training on how to clean. For example: No vacuuming or sweeping all floors prior to washing them thus they tracked in dust and floor dirt on mopped floor. Kitchen & bathroom cleaned the first day , had already been cleaned prior to estate sale. There was no evidence of 16 hours of cleaning that first day!!! Spoke with the manager and voiced our dissatisfaction in the cleaning that was claimed to be done. Agreement made by them to finish the job for a max of $ 1100. After the second day...the cleaning was again very disappointing. Have had to rewash all but one floor, wipe down and dust all window ledges & baseboards , clean mirror in master bathroom and clean a kitchen refrigerator. It appears that no walls were wiped down. Will be sure to never refer this agency. The end!!!

For…read more$50/hr, i expected my walls to be washed from top to bottom, my ceiling fan to be dusted, and to not have to do most of the organization myself. All that was done was taking some boxes and stuff I was getting rid of to the curb and vacuuming one area before her vacuum broke. I had some bags of clothes from when i moved in and those were put on my stairs so i had to go through them in order to go to the 2nd floor of my home. Had to use my personal broom since she didn't bring her own. The last time I had them come clean my home, I was far more impressed but unfortunately I was less than satisfied this time. I scheduled this company to perform a furnace inspection during the fall of 2023 to make sure my…read morefurnace was working well as we enter the heating season. The mechanic checked my furnace, said all was well, but wanted to also perform a carbon dioxide test to make sure the levels were safe. he performed the test and said that he would have to shut the furnace down because it was unsafe at the carbon monoxide level that he was seeing on his monitor, 5 ppm. He also suggested that because the furnace was 20 years old, it may need to be replaced. He gave me an estimate as he left the house. of course I was concerned and immediately contacted several companies to come to my home and provide a quote for replacement of my furnace. Both companies that inspected my furnace said that it did not have a cracked heat exchanger, nor any other issues causing elevated carbon dioxide. Their tests revealed ZERO parts per million! I believe D and B was just trying to make a sale of a new furnace and I am very disgusted and upset, what a scam. Don't waste your money having this company perform any work on your HVAC systems.
