He was so knowledgeable and courteous. He taught me about our line system and how to maintain it. He showed us where the access point were and where the vents were around the house. He rolled out a mat to avoid tracking anything through the house and was friendly to our dogs who we were keeping in the other room. He worked very hard to get as much of the roots out as possible!
