A young sales man asked if we needed help. I asked a couple of questions. When it seemed I may only be a "sales shopper" he literally rolled his eyes at me while walking away. I said "I saw that. It's great you're rolling your eyes at us." I left the store. I probably would have spent up to $500 on ski clothes for her for Christmas. I guess that's not enough for that young sales man. Crappy service not done correct or complete and overpriced on top. Big avoid!!!! Waiting to go back inside in 10 minutes but I drive 30 minutes each way, wanted to go biking today; the job isn't even done. Smh! I've never been to a store dedicated to just one brand; I've only been to places like the Tennis Plaza. The spot is a bit hidden away in an area that looks like a corporate park. The inside is a pretty decent size and even has a "play area" you can test out paddles. They have items from rackets, paddles, hats, balls, and even athletic wear. The inside is half office and half store/court. We got to chat with Chris and he let us know that they actually host an event every month with food and drinks and even give special offers and discounts during those events! It was so tempting to walk out without a paddle but I controlled my urge. We did however leave with a paddle for my cousin for her birthday. A great spot to test and pick up a paddle!
