Brannon, Dawson, and José were super professional, knowledgeable, and hardworking, They replaced a faulty Schwintek slide out system in our fifth wheel with a Vroom that is going to perform for the long haul. This Vroom system already appears to be a million times more robust and powerful than a Schwintek. They have 50amp hookups along the exterior so they invited us to camp the night before so they could get us in first thing. We were very comfortable. They got the job done within the day and we were able to set up and work simultaneously from their comfy lounge area. I would give Brandon and his team 7 stars if I could. Brandon had our motorhome less than half a day and was able to resolve an electrical issue that had been bedeviling us as long as we've had it. Other mechanics said it was repaired; it wasn't. Brandon was able to diagnose and fix the issue and took care of several other issues on our punch list. In short, Brandon is an amazing specialist. Brannon is a top-notch RV tech. We've been using him for motorhome upgrades and repairs since 2006..on our 2006 Allegro Bus.. before he ever opened his shop. Largely upgrades, but some repairs. A sample of upgrades: Replaced our Norcold with a residential fridge, added a new inverter, new tank gauges, replaced carpeting, replaced our kitchen sink and faucet, replaced our original Kingdom satellite with a Winegard, over. Repairs: replaced fogged windows, flush tank valve on the toilet, replaced steps, fixed tow wiring, replaced our house and chassis batteries when it was time.
