Their turnaround time was much longer, they blamed usps and said "they'd put a ticket in" just for me to call usps and realize USPS was still waiting on the package from shirt company. No apologies, not even a response to my email when I told them what USPS said and asked what their eta was. I'm pretty full of grace when there's communication & honesty. They only have an email for communication - no number. Ordered 8/1 & eta is 9/2 & I only know that bc usps updates. Over 20 business days. Update: I got the package 9/2 with a missing shirt. Their customer service is rude, and only available through email. Phone number out of service. They are not transparent about shipping times, take longer than they state, hold on to ready to shop packages for days, and dont respond to email. I cannot review on their product as I still havent received it and had to buy additional shirts from Amazon so my son has something to wear for school. read more

Do not buy from this store. I purchased 3 polos in July, that were supposed to ship out within 3-7 business days. Today is September 3rd and I have yet to received my order. There is no phone number to call, I have emailed them 5 times and have only received 1 short response about a claim being started, and that was last week. Zero stars!!! Unfortunately, I had to put in an order at the last minute, August 3, 2025. I reached out on August 12th for the status of the order. They sent a canned response about prime time and that the orders take 7-14 days and added a notification that my order has been shipped. (Tracking #9234690396055700841250). I used to working shipping/receiving so I know this trick. Just print a label to make the customer thing the order is on its way. I asked for status on Aug 13th and was told that the order goes out 48 - 72 hours after the labels is printed. I asked again on August 18th, same answer. Today is August 20th and my order still hasn't left the building. It has been 13 business days since the order was placed and 143 hours since the label was printed. I had spent A LOT of money buying more uniforms in the meantime when I have 10 shirts and bottoms "on the way". It doesn't help that the phone number online is a fictitious phone number so you can't speak with anyone directly. read more

Poor customer service. No phone number to contact directly. No return responses. I have tried multiple times to get a return phone call from them. They refuse to. Charged for items they could not deliver on. Didn't bother to issue a refund when I asked for it. Finally after harassing them I was able to get the refund but have yet to talk to a person yet. Due to that I will not buy anything else from them. I will urge others to do the same. read more

If I could give no starts I would. My order was delayed by almost 3-4 past what I was told not once not twice but three times by staff. And when i finally got the shirts two weeks after school started they were half done and the patches were coming off before my son even wore the shirts! So my kids were so upset they had to wear uniforms and was not looking forward to even going to try them on and get sized. When we left all 3 of my babies (15, 12, and 6 year olds) were so excited. They all loved the way the uniforms looked and felt and the quality was wonderful. The owners were so respectful and thorough and helped me in any way they could explain the process and what all they needed. The gentleman owner even helped my 6 year old play one of their arcade games they had to entertain her while my other 2 were trying things on and even when I went to check out it was a pleasant process. read more

absolutely hate ordering from this company. really wish my kids school would choose another company. this year I paid for shipping and they called multiple times stating i needed to come pick up. told them I paid for shipping, they said they were sending them out but the back and forth with them went in for a month. finally got half our order. went in to pick up the rest and sizes were off. was told that they use two different brands and one is bigger than the other. none of that is stated when ordering online. they can only exchange with whats in stock. so now I am stuck with shirts that are way too big for my kids. their customer service is shit. read more
