I will not ever return and tell anyone i know considering accepting employment through this company to under no circumstances accept any employment through them.

For a company that is supposed to help you find a job while in between, they do not communicate…read morewell. First, they led me on about coming in to discuss some open positions. When asked when would be good, I gave them some options and said whatever is best for you, please let me know. Well they waited about 2 weeks later she called asking if I could come in today. I finally made it in and was waiting on a call or official interview. Then a few days later I got a call and said they need help with a Trash company and asked if i could be there within the hour. So I said, no problem and asked what I would need. They advised to go and they would show me what to do. I got there to find out that this Trash company does not use the arm and I was required to toss the trash in from the backside. So I was not prepared, as i was informed i'd be riding in the truck. SOooo soooo much gross things happened. I was not advised on needing gloves, extra clothes (as showers are available to use at end of shift), nor anything else. The lack of communication and detail is seriously annoying. I had to drive home in my car covered in the towns nasty food, diapers, and several other nasty things in the garbage. Then they called yesterday, left a message and I called back again to find out. The guy LUCAS did NOT have any details about the jobs, just wanted to put me in something. Screw that. PEOPLE NEED TO KNOW DETAILS ON WHAT THEY ARE WALKING INTO. WE NEED TO BE PREPARED. ALERGIES, HEALTH ISSUES, ETC ARE A FACTOR IN HAVING PEOPLE WORK. at the end of our conversation, Lusas said "is that the attitude you are going to have?" I advise he can take my name off this list, as this company only cares about getting people in jobs, NOT ACUTALLY HELPING THEM AND ADVISING THEM ABOUT WHAT THE JOB IS BEFORE YOU GET THERE. WASTE OF TIME
