I had ordered a shirt for my grandson for a theme day they were having at school from an online business which gauranteed (and I paid for rush delivery) the shirt would be delivered two days prior to the event. The shirt never arrived. No one in the online company would answer my emails or calls. The day before the event - still no shirt. I frantically started a search for local vendors that make custom shirts only to find a lot required larger batches of shirts to be made and/or it would take 5 business days before I would receive the shirt. On a search I discovered Custom Tees at Cumberland Mall! What a miracle I found this place. MD, the gentleman that runs the kiosk, was extremely nice, knowledgeable and VERY skilled at his craft. He didn't mind that I stood and talked with him while he made the shirt. It turned out perfectly! My grandson was thrilled to have the shirt done in time for the theme day event too! I will definitely be returning to get future shirts and hoodies printed. I've purchased ~5 shirts from them every 1-2 months for the last year. Everytime I go, they give me a different price. I bring my own t shirts and I use their provided tshirts/sweaters. The small price differences have never been an issue, but today it was very frustrating. I understand that people come and haggle, they're rude, etc. but we have been loyal, we come with respect, we're patient when they say the shirts will take an hour but actually take 2 hours, etc. while I'm telling him of the price discrepancy, he basically said it doesn't matter to him rather I buy the shirts or not. So I chose the latter. I'll never shop where my business isn't valued and I'm being spoken to in a condescending manner. That noted, I would not recommend. I'm a successful business owner and the "I will get paid regardless" attitude won't get you far. read more

I called in to get one T Shirt made with my logo and Qr code I was told that I could either walk in or email want I wanted for next day pick up. I emailed the information within a matter of minutes. I got no confirmation. I called next day to pick up my very important order as I needed for my event and they guy was very rude and unapologetic. Very unprofessional giving out miss information to customers. I was also hung up on when I tried to resolve the issue. Best T-shirt spot in Atlanta - for a simple shirt with a quick turn around! I decided to try this place out when I was crunches for time one day, and luckily stumbled upon this place. I needed nine (9) shirts done literally with same day turn around and he made it happen. Initially when I found them online I emailed them, and after a few probing questions we determined that I needed to come into the location to make the process quicker. Upon getting there, he was nice and patient with me and my somewhat complicated quick order. The quality of the shirts and the design are unmatched for roughly around $15/per shirt plus tax. The WORST customer service ever. I asked for delivery at the beginning of the conversation when I first reached out. I was told it could be delivered. I submitted my logo and graphics. I heard nothing. Then I reached out again, I was told that I would receive the proof that afternoon it wasn't sent. . This should have been my warning, but I liked the aspect of delivery and the turn around. I called back and spoke with a nice gentleman, he let me know it could be delivered by Monday or Tuesday (20th or 21st), before the event. I followed up today Monday the 20th as I didn't hear anything. I called and spoke with the person that was rude to me the first time. When I asked about delivery, he got smart and said we aren't a Uber. Without going into details, this person used profanity towards me and hung up on me abruptly ending the call. He was extremely rude, hostile, and very disrespectful, I truly wish I had checked the reviews first. read more

******************************* Update - have to deduct a star - I brought in my own shirt and was warned that because of this - he could not guarantee how it would turn out. I was fine with that - and the shirt looked and felt beautiful. But after the first machine wash in cold water / dried on low heat - my entire image got hard and crunchy and started to peel. So I would definitely be careful about bringing in your own items. ******************************** Hmmm . . . this is kind of a rough one. I stopped by there last week to have one t-shirt printed. Discovered that printing on a black t-shirt requires a different process than other light colored tshirts. And most vendors who have the capability to print on black will only do so for minimum order of 10. And while I didn't have any problems with MD / Moniy - and Prithivi was an absolute dollbaby - I witnessed MD getting a little snippy / exhibiting bad, rude behavior with a customer. They allow you to send your files over in advance (customtees10@gmail.com) and even pre-pay over the phone so you don't have to wait. Apparently, the customer had sent initially spoken to Prithivi - and was given a time estimate that couldn't be honored because it turned out the customer had sent the wrong file / graphic image. That meant that MD (who has more Graphic Design skills) had to recreate the image from scratch once the customer got there and realized his mistake. The customer was not pleased - and had a coaching gig in Forsyth that he was dangerously close to missing. He was on the phone with someone else loudly complaining about the wait - and said they better have his order ready by X time or he would just get a refund. All of sudden, MD snapped - he said something about the customer "talking sh*t" - loud enough for the customer to hear - and it quickly went downhill from there. Threats ensued. Every other waiting customer was clearly uncomfortable. MD had gotten testy with me on the phone a few times before when I called - so while they do quality work (5 stars) - MD clearly needs some customer service help. I was there for a while - and he gets A LOT of phone calls, and a LOT of lookie-loos with random, assinine questions. He needs to learn to better handle irate customers, or hire some cute, friendly young person to field calls and answer questions from the people--who-are-browsing-with-no-intention-of-actually-ordering-a-shirt. That situation I described above could have gotten violent if he'd been dealing with a thuggish, ruggish bonehead. What it boils down to is 5 stars for product. 3 stars for my actual customer service. And 0 stars for customer service I witnessed. Hmm . . . what else? If you have your own finished, static image - the largest size you can get printed is 8 x 10, but he can special order larger size paper if you give him advance notice. But if you're printing text, numbers, etc (for jerseys and such) he can print your design in sections, so the larger paper isn't necessary. The prices are pretty affordable. A printed basic shirt will cost you $20 if you use their Gildan shirt. If you provide the shirt, it's $15. They are located on the lower level of Cumberland Mall - near Sephora and Apple Store (lots of foot traffic from Apple store!) Park next to Macy's for quick access. I needed a custom apron made for a friend's bday and I needed it last year! Like always, my best birthday gift idea came to me very late. I show up with no appointment nor had I even sent any of the custom art work over. Within an hour, MD, the gentleman that created my custom print, had my order ready. I'm a designer and was a little OCD. I had the option of shopping instead of waiting. I chose to wait. And MD did not get bothered by my watching over his progress. He let me test the colors of vinyl against the orange apron since I wasn't sure how good each color would look against such a bright color. And he even allowed my review before each layer was pressed (Alignment, positioning, etc). Like other people posted, yes, this shop gets a lot of interruptions from people walking by the booth to phone calls. I will say I was super impressed with MD's patience and ability to handle 4 customers at the same time. The key is to realize this isn't Taco Bell. Its a very unique service that takes skill. My custom print was two graphics, one of which consisted of 5 colors of layered vinyl. And the end result came out AMAZING! And in an hour! For quality printing using quality materials, I was again super impressed. Had I read the prior reviews, I may have not stopped by. I'm hoping those that read this will know that there is always two sides to a story. And the side I witnessed yesterday was a nice and very accommodating professional that was extremely patient with me ( I sent the art file incorrectly 3 times). You just need to keep in mind that this is a skilled service that takes time and patience from both parties. And the price was very reasonable for such a custom print. NOTE: For my designers out there, he accepts Adobe Illustrator files :) You can bring in your own item to be printed (Like this apron). This place has the worse customer service. The owner was extremely rude and the manager was even better. I was looking to establish a relationship with a new print company. I am part of an organization that does a multitude of printing MONTHLY! I ordered two shirts that I was charged $50 for then told bulk order of 50 or more the shirts would be $5. When i went to place the bulk order they tried to up the price to $7 per shirt and could not guarantee my delivery date which was 5 days out. They basically retraced the quote they gave me, they were able to get away with it because they don't provide ANYTHING in writing. Save yourself the trouble, only use them if its your last resort. read more

By the least measure, it would be advantageous to any business to act and represent their brand in a manner that would best benefit their bottom line. In contrast, we have a business by the name of Custom Tee's that knows very little about the benefit(s) of being customer-forward. Without being long and drawn out, it would be befitting for anyone to adhere to this review because respect is the last attribute that this "lack of a brand/company" would ever acknowledge. It certainly begs to question why their aspirations has only led to a basic "stand-alone" kiosk in the middle of a mall. No need to think twice, think once and spend your money elsewhere. There were 2 ppl in front of me, so I had to wait to speak with him, but he gave me just as much time as he did helping the people in front of me. My experience with Custom Tees was GREAT! After shopping around with local and online companies, I landed with custom tees. I came in with a picture of what I wanted and MD designed it in less than 15 minutes. I ordered 100 shirts on Tuesday (front and back design) and was told they would be ready the following Monday. I was pleasantly surprised when I got a call on Friday afternoon saying the shirts were already ready!! Once I showed up, MD delivered them to my car! Horrible customer service and inconsistent with their price....I drove about a year about from Stone Mountain to Cumberland mall to get my shirts made... the guy left me at the stand for a meeting and had me there over an hour...He gave me a price for 2 sweatshirts over the phone and when I got there...he got mad and said he should have charged me more.......at the end I was happy about the way my sweatshirts turned out....so I thought a year later...maybe I would see if their customer service is better....I call and spoke to the owner about what should be a lot cheaper project....he tells me I'm a liar and that I was wrong about what he charged me prior.....don't worry. ...because you will no longer receive my services....I just wanted 2 sample shirts for a line that I was starting and was going to get a huge order afterwards....thanks for nothing read more
