As the night went on, the price was whittled down to a price that was too high for us. That meeting ended abruptly due to their last moment, extremely unprofessional tactics. Another company had reasonable pricing and a nice salesman, but the product looked and felt like it was plastic instead of stone. At this point we met Adam Nye at the Jettastone office and showroom. After reviewing their options and receiving a quote that was in line with our budget, we decided to go with Jettastone to replace our shower. Donny, Tim, and Carson, were all part of the demolition and installation of our new shower. They were extremely polite, quiet and very easy to talk to when I had questions or just wanted to check out their progress. When I made a late moment decision to add Jettastone material to the outside of the knee wall instead of me just painting drywall (thank goodness we made that decision!), it made for a bit more extra work, but they had no issues whatsoever. Any details that I was concerned with were addressed immediately (because they were well aware prior to me asking). We were informed in advance as to when they would be coming to our home, and they were always on time. Adam popped in from time to time to ensure we were happy with the product and progress, and we always were. For the price we were quoted, the look and quality of their product, and the services involved, we are very happy with the results we received from the Jettastone team! We then dealt with Luke, the project manager, and Jeremy here on-site. They were both very responsive, personable, and genuinely eager to please. The roof installers were also exceptional. The entire roof was completed in one day, and they thoroughly cleaned up everything (and I mean everything) before they left. There wasn't any residual trash or nails left in the yard. None!
