The work is sloppy, and it took much longer than it should have because a tempered glass window for the bathroom had to be reordered after the inspection failed. They refused to complete the windows that did pass inspection until the new window arrived over a month later. The power cord from my outdoor water filter, which ran through the exterior wall to an interior plug, disappeared. The hole in the wall was plugged, leading me to believe it was deliberately covered up. It was an additional expense to have it replaced. I just had my house power-washed, and the dirt that is embedded in the caulking around most of the windows did not come off. Now, I am confronted with that expense. I wish I had never dealt with beeline.

It took them 5 attempts to get the correct size screens for the window frames, they brought new screens each time. That should have been my first clue of their shoddy quality control but I let it go. I called West Shore since they told me they have a lifetime warranty when I bought them but now they tell me that is for parts only and I will have to pay a minimum of $125 labor! I absolutely do not recommend this company and their hidden charges.

The measurements were taken months ago with the window install to take place shortly thereafter. Per CFW there was a problem with the window making facility being closed for a short time causing install to be delayed. Yesterday AM I was told by the general contractor that CFW was on site at my house installing the windows! When I arrived a number of hours later I found the plywood still adorning my garage, no new window. Opened the garage door to see a mess in my garage The floor was covered with little pieces of metal (shavings) concrete dust was everywhere. No note, no phone call, no window! When I informed the contractor by email he sent a note says CFW had apparently measured incorrectly. The window after all the wait did not fit!!!!! DO NOT USE THESE FOLKS!!! Bill H. Ocala, FL
