Every once in a while they get tired of being neglected and refuse to work any more. The appointment scheduling and payment couldn't have been easier. I booked them on line last night, paid in advance, and roughly 18 hrs later my two balky machines are running again! Today's visit was exactly like the first. He showed up on time and got them running well within the time block we reserved. I couldn't be more pleased. If you are even half as busy and tired as I am, then you are going to love this service.

They gave it a high-end, classic Pottery Barn look by applying a stunning black matte stain to the exterior, while keeping the original hardware and beautifully cleaning/buffing the original oak interior and shelves. They charge $105/hr. Best mechanic in Yorktown..Custom Auto (shoot out) only charges $85 for much more complicated mechanical repair. Unable to start it when home..took it back. Rep asked if I had hose connected and water on. "It's known problem" that it may not run with pressure on. Duhh? That's what manual requires to keep pump cool and that's what it's used for. If known problem why didn't they test that at shop? Needed control cable $65 and 5 more weeks..3 months waiting! Never use them again.

Thanks to Colonial our new water heater provides us with endless hot water. I highly recommend them for plumbing and will soon be using them for a furnace project.
