Jamie was prompt…read moreto come out and estimate the job and provided a reasonable estimate in the mail in about 3 days. He was available to install the system the following week which was perfect. The 7 zone system he installed is fully function and meets my needs. The reason for the low rating is because the plumber he hired to plumb the back flow did not pull a permit and did not install the system to code. I found this out when the inspector swung by while he was inspecting the neighboring house. I was a little pissed about this especially after I just paid $500 for the non-compliant system. I called Jamie about 10 times, texted 25 times to try and get ahold of him. His voicemail box is always full and he almost never returns calls. We did chat about resolving the issue twice but there was never any resolution and I'm done calling. I'm just going to hire another plumber to pull a permit and install a compliant back flow. I wish we could have resolved this and I could have given a stellar rating but yelp exists for this exact reason. I would not recommend tender touch to handle your job. They will come out and do your job but as soon as you pay you mean nothing.

Last week during a routine lawn fertilization visit, Rob knocked on my door to let me know he spotted early bug damage in my backyard. He pre-treated the area immediately and let me know someone would follow up. The very next morning, Louis arrived after doing a full lawn assessment. He treated the area again, explained what had caused the damage, and even pointed out some thinning areas in the front yard that they would also take care of -- no extra charge! The following day, Jake and Jon showed up and spent half a day going the extra mile. They hand-dug and reseeded the bug-damaged spots, hand-raked and aerated areas with heavy thatch, and even offered to seed a large bare area where I had previous sinkholes. I didn't even have to ask -- they just cared that much about getting my lawn healthy! Every team member I interacted with -- Rob, Louis, Jake, and Jon -- was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. They kept me fully informed at every step. And the best part? All of this was included in the regular lawn care package I had already purchased. Fixing this myself would've easily cost more than my entire annual plan!
