Really fun spot to get custom shirts! I had a few friends in town and we wanted to get some matching shirts so we could be cool when we're walking around Vegas. They had plenty of different sizes styles and colors of shirts so we were able to pick some thing for the females something for the males that all worked well together. I ended up being able to get some thing same day but when I went in to review my order they had forgotten the wording on the back. We didn't decide to get the family tee shirts for the first family reunion until 4/13. The family diner was going to be held the next day. I goggled printed shirts, liked the info online from Customistic. My husband and l decided to checked them out. We are so happy that we decided to go with Customistic. The person who helped us designed the T-Shirts was amazing. She showed us several logos that was more than the typical "family tree." She helped us select the wording as well as the font that would prominently displayed the family theme. She made sure that we were satisfied with appearance before finalizing the sale. The price was reasonably and anything that we did not understand she patiently would explained the reason for the cost. What amazed us was the time. We told her that we needed the shirts (8) by 8 PM. that night. The order was put in around 3PM. By the time we arrived back to the hotel where we were staying, we got an email informing us the shirts were ready! The process was one of the most pleasant experience we have had. Too bad this shop is not located in our area. If you want a customize T-Shirt with fonts and graphics that you want in the time that you want, you have to go Customistic in Las Vegas! Update from my last review on 2/6/19: The owner, Angie reached out to me and wanted to understand what had happened during my experience. I explained everything to her and we found out that the missing piece that lead to the unsatisfied experience that I had was one of her graphic designers did not pay attention to detail and did not create the rest of the 7 designs for the 8 varsity jackets that I needed to get done in front of me like they should. The employee, Dani who did my design only created one design for my varsity jacket on the computer and told me since I e-mailed her the names/ numbers for each jacket she will just adjust it accordingly (I thought this was their new design/ ordering process so I agreed) but Angie explained to me that all of her employees should be creating a document in front of me for each shirt to ensure the names were spelt correctly, placement was correct, size was appropriate, etc. That was something I honestly thought changed about Customistic's design process, which led me to believe that they were so careless with my order. However, Angie reassured me that it was not the case and she asked me what can she do to make things right. She was very apologetic and transparent with the situation. I respected her calling me, apologizing, and offering a solution. I decided to get another screen printed shirt done and the process and outcome was literally NIGHT and DAY compared to Dani who originally did my varsity jackets. I just came on the wrong day and received service from the wrong person, the one bad apple of the staff. I am for second chances with people and do not want to bash individuals but for the sake of your money and quality of your product if you want your designs done perfectly then I suggest you do not order through Dani, instead get your services done through another designer of the Customistic staff. The service and designing experience that I had with this other employee was the same, on point, and consistent service I've been getting since 2014. Angie made me some buttons of my design without me asking, which I really appreciated and loved! I am back to being a loyal customer to Customistic. I want to start this off by saying that Customistic would normally receive a 5 star review, however, due to recent experiences I'm giving them a 3 star. While the quality of work is top notch, the customer service has changed dramatically.... I came in with a recent design and was caught off guard by the change in customer service. The lady who took my order seemed to be completely overwhelmed and had an attitude clear up until she looked at my account. I've placed orders for 5 shirts at a time and received the same day with no "rush fee". I've done 6 jerseys front and back and received them without a rush fee. Her attitude switched when she realized there was a discount applied to my account. Was initially told my shirt wouldn't be ready until after the weekend. After seeing the discount she whispered "we should be able to have this ready by end of today." When I called Monday morning I was told it wouldn't be ready until 6p. For a 3in design. Called back a week after asking for pricing on a larger order and was told, verbatim, "I have a lobby full of people, I don't have time to do math. I need you to email me."
