I've shopped here twice. The first time myself, I went in had several shirts customized with the owner Angie and I spent over $1000, the second time through my assistant working with a guy she didn't get the name of spending around $100. After the first visit I told anyone who asked they were great, friendly and would definitely recommend them. I've even used them indirectly through my business several times. But the second visit was just terrible. They basically ran my assistant out the door irritated that she was changing the colors and placement on the design of the shirt they were designing for us? Can you believe the audacity? Coming to a custom design shirt place and asking them to design the shirt for you the way you want it?!! And unsurprisingly after the way they acted they ended up getting the shirt wrong despite the proof being right leaving us to scramble to get it replaced the day of the party. So bottom line if you're spending $1000 they'll might be great to you but $100 and you better be prepared to haul butt with your design or they'll make rude comments in front of your face, huff at your changes and tell you that's the last edit I'm making to your shirt when you aren't even done. And definitely check your shirt thoroughly! Seriously? What on earth who can run a successful business this way? Worse, who can treat another person that way who's making a kids birthday shirt? Really pathetic, just charge for your time if it's that valuable you're willing to run a sweet girl out of your shop almost in tears. Or at least inform people of your time limits and let them decide whether to bother with you. I thought I found my custom t-shirt place but definitely will not be returning or recommending. There are more deserving businesses. I've read several reviews and answers by the owner so let me say this now...I am a real customer, I am not a competitor trying to ruin your business with a fake review. And we didn't bring the shirt back for you to fix because it was the weekend and you're closed, but we would have hated to have to step foot back in your store again anyway. You just failed hard and although I don't leave many reviews, I do when people either go above or beyond or fail miserably. Yours of course being the latter. Just do better. read more

I had a great experience with Customistic! Found them through google search local in Las Vegas. Sent a request for a quote on the website. At first I didn't get a response and then just kinda went... oh well and forgot. They followed up with a text if I got the email and resent and I noticed, I just missed it. I had to go in to replace a coffee cup and shirt that I got in the Marines in 2004! These items cannot be replaced and I was delighted to find this store! My Wife and I were greeted warmly when we came in and the lady that helped me was a master at the graphic program on her computer! She recreated my coffee cup and t-shirt exactly as it was when I received them! She was patient and understanding! My items were completed in about 45 minutes which is fast considering we went and ate breakfast. I reached out to this business 2 days before my event. I was having a team outing and I wanted us to have matching tshirts. They got back to me quickly and said they could do a 24 hour turn around with short notice. I went in to see them towards the end of the day as they were closing. They took their time with me and made sure I was happy with the project. I received a discount for ordering more that 10 shirts which saved on the rush fee. They said they'd text me the next day as soon as it was ready. They never emailed, called or text. I had my assistant waiting to go and pick them up while I was in meetings all day and they never did. When I was finally able to call they were closed. We will never go there again. we went in to get a shirt and we approved what was showed to us however when we picked it up there was a shadow looking spot on one of the pictures and they are saying we approved it with that flaw. Poor customer service ! If your work isn't easy they will just brush you off and push you away to help someone else's easy order when I've been waiting to be helped for 20min. I wasn't even helped for 2minutes. The only "assistance" I received was being told my device sucks and isn't there fault it's not working. When I I had no help what so ever when I showed my iPad the lady didn't even care. The old lady that helped me insisted in sitting me down and when I kindly refused because I want my service to be finished, she slammed her hand on the counter and SCUFFED and looked at the other customer making me fell like I'm a problem in your business. Had a custom shirt I designed for my full marathons made perfectly by them. The woman whose name I don't know was patient with transferring my artwork into their system and listened to my small suggestions on spacing and sizing. It turned out the way I wanted. Only thing I wish was the white on the front was more white because I could see some blue through it. Its a little bit pricey compared to others but the quality makes it worth it. I will definitely come back when I make more shirts for my races. Update 09/26/2020 I haven't worn the blue running shirt yet and the white vinyl is no longer white but mostly bluish-white. Kinda disappointed in the quality of the vinyl. I had another shirt made out of the same material in a shop in Korea and their vinyl is still white as new over 2 years later and was half the price. read more
