So after that she put me under the dryer left me under there for longer than 45 min to tend to the 1st lady she put before me so when she finally got back to me she rinsed my hair and the part where she used the other hairdresser bleach volume was not the same shade as the rest so she tones my hair darker to try to get it to match and it did not. I showed her a picture of what I was going for knowing not everyone's hair is the same as I'm I stylist myself. I wanted to try the undercut style but didn't want to be able to see the shaved part. My hair was long enough this was able to happen and She said she understood. She sprayed my back down. Cut it. Didn't touch the sides. Blow dried the back and handed me a mirror. At that point it was to late I said ok paid her thanked her and left. She was very nice but my hair in the back is barley 2 inches long and while I asked for an undercut the shaved part is clearly visible for all to see.
