I went for a trim and refresh the layers, the lady that did the haircut got my layers really choppy, you can see the line of the layers looking horizontally, from the back looks like It been taking bites out of my hair. I was expecting a quality service, but I left extremely disappointed i been trying to grow my hair and this haircut probably set me back at least a year to be able to fix it unless onl I get a really short haircut. I absolutely do not recommend this place just in case that you receive service from the same person that I did. Maybe the other stylist are more capable and I just got really unlucky. But I would not risk it again. read more

This is my go to place for cut and color. The staff here is so friendly, and really listen to what you want. I'm an Indecisive person so it's nice to have staff that collaborate with each other and help me figure out what will look best. Alisha is absolutely marvelous, I've loved my cut and color every time. She takes the time to listen, and will make suggestions so your hair comes out great. She's very friendly and outgoing, making you comfortable from the get go. I think the price is worth it, my color always lasts well, and my cuts grow out nicely. read more

Great staff that was able to help me decide what kind of hair that I would need for my wedding day since I had absolutely no idea what so ever. They were patient with me while we tried different types of hair designs. Also lots of products to choose from which they offered and told me which ones were actually cheaper and would work better. The makeup artist was fantastic! I told him that I love the classic pin-up style look and he knew exactly what to do once he saw what my wedding dress looked like. I was thoroughly impressed with how he was able to transform me into something that I usually don't look like! In a good way that is. He was patient as I told him some of the things that I didn't like the first few times but he eventually was able to find a good medium where we were both happy. I was happy with the way that the staff presented themselves on the day of the wedding at the church and was able to get all the bridal party (and a couple of others that wanted their hair done and make up) ready for pictures. Definitely a good place to go if you want to get gussied up, but it was a tad too pricey for me to frequent. Otherwise I'd give it five stars! read more

I had Taryn for a haircut and she did the exact opposite of what I asked her to do with my hair- the cut was so bad I had to go somewhere to get it corrected. I also feel like I received some unnecessary attitude for differing political opinions and she also told me about illegal movie downloading- be careful who's in your chair - treat everyone with respect! On the other hand the receptionist was very nice and went out of her way to help me find a product- thank you!! read more

I have been to Josh for two different haircuts and have been very pleased. Most recently I wanted to go for a shorter style but felt nervous, and he was reassuring and talked me through my options for my hair type based on the style I wanted. Both haircuts he gave me have been great with my hair type and face shape. 10 out of 10...definitely planning to go back to Josh next time I need a trim or haircut. read more
