I went in two years ago to by a Rolex for myself (milestone big birthday). My husband and children gifted me another watch from there. I went in to have it sized and asked if I could follow up on my Rolex request. My information was no where to be found...I was confused by that since I had taken the time to complete all of my information to be put in the system. Maybe a glitch I thought. The sales rep I first spoke to was no longer there. A second sales rep took my info. I went through the same process of choosing my watch, completing a form. This sales rep fold me she would be vigilant and stay in touch with me and I received an initial email from her and was hopeful. She said it could be 6 mo to a year, but there would be no problem in getting me what I wanted...crickets after that. Not a word. I am so disappointed. It has now been TWO years. I believe at this point, I was sized up and not taken as a serious buyer because the items that we had purchased before were not expensive. enough to put me on a "serious buyer list". The analysis was wrong! We too are business owners and this lack of attention and follow-up with a customer is unacceptable. Beautiful store, but Lee Michael's, you can do so much better than THIS!
