I asked for a balayage, which I was okay with paying that for a balayage, but only ended up with money pieces, a few highlights in the front, and splotches in the back. I politely asked if we could come to an agreement on a partial refund after I got home and assessed the damage, and she read the message and did not respond until I messaged again, and she said she was sorry, she did what she could. I had to go to another hair stylist and pay to have my hair done all over again.

TK gave me the best haircut I've had since relocating, and I walked out of her shop genuinely happy with the results. You can tell right away that she knows her stuff. Every snip felt intentional, and the final cut was spot-on. Beyond being incredibly skilled, TK is social, welcoming, funny--and bonus points: she's a fellow foodie, so there's no shortage of good restaurant chat.
