I followed up in December and was apologized to and told the same thing, someone will be in contact with me. Never happened. I guess they do not need any more clients, and a wedding day package for 8 bridesmaids would have been a nice payday for someone. They lost out on my business for good. I politely asked if we could come to an agreement on a partial refund after I got home and assessed the damage, and she read the message and did not respond until I messaged again, and she said she was sorry, she did what she could.
